First they saved the cheerleader, now they've given her a boyfriend.
Nick D'Agosto will join NBC's Heroes this fall as West, Claire's boyfriend. The show says he will have a "cool" super power. I don't know if that means the super power is interesting and neat, or if he can turn himself into a giant ice cube tray and make ice cubes for when the other heroes are hot and thirsty from fighting the bad guys.
D'Agosto has guest starred on several TV shows, including House, ER, Cold Case, Six Feet Under, Big Day, Without A Trace, and Boston Public.
I guess this means that we won't be seeing the gay/not gay Zach back on the show as Claire's boyfriend. He's too busy on another show anyway.

At some point Hollywood is going to run out of TV shows to remake into movies, but until that happens, you can look forward to a big screen adaptation of the popular 1970s series
Kung Fu, which featured David Carradine as a monk living in the Wild West. Now, usually these adaptations aren't really worth seeing, but the
Kung Fu movie has at least one good thing going for, which is that the screenplay was written by Ed Spielman (the creator of the original series) and another writer from the original series,
Howard Friedlander. Apparently, the movie will explore the origins of the characters from the TV show.Posted May 8th 2006 1:03PM by Adam Finley

A new cartoon created to promote tolerance between the East and West is being screened today in New York City. The cartoon, created by a Jordanian media firm and titled Ben and Izzy, will focus on an American child (Ben) and his Arab friend Izzy, both grandsons of archaeologists, who, along with a genie named Yasmine (voice by Lucy Liu), have "Indiana Jones" style adventures while trying to thwart an evil antiques dealer named Clutchford Wells. The cartoon will focus on their cultural differences, but more importantly their ability to work together as a team and find common ground. There does not appear to be an information so far as to whether the show will be picked up by American television or not, though it does feature some voices familiar to American cartoons, such as Kath Soucie and Mark Hamill.
