Silverstone has back for PETA - VIDEO

Alicia SilverstoneThe People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals were all set to unveil their new ad starring Alicia Silverstone when the city of Houston decided that the spot was too hot for the Texas airwaves.

The spot features Silverstone skinny-dipping in a pool and extolls the virtues of a vegetarian lifestyle by showing off the body that her meatless choices have given her.

Veronica Mars is one sexy vegetarian

kristen bellAt least, that's what PETA is saying. The animal rights group conducted an online poll and Kristen Bell, the actress who plays the titular lead in Veronica Mars, was chosen as the sexist female vegetarian, with Prince taking the male honor. Other celebs who made the list include Natalie Portman, Nicollette Sheridan, Anne Hathaway, J.D. Fortune,  Michael Ausiello, and Joaquin Phoenix. Absent from the list? How do Klingons make vegetarian lasagna?

Richardson-Bryan also wrote Klingon recipes for Homestyle Gagh, Heart of Targ, Thing on a Stick (a.k.a. Bachelor's Delight) and Tribble Nuggets, which involve a lot of shooting and then stomping Tribbles into nuggets. Funny stuff. Also check out the writer's Klingon Personal Ads and Klingon Fairy Tales for McSweeneys.
