Here's a funny clip from a recent
Jimmy Kimmel Live. Seems Kimmel bet a lot of money that former
Beverly Hills 90210 star Ian Ziering would actually win
Dancing with the Stars. But Ziering lost, and Kimmel didn't win the $4000 that he could have won. So he sends his Uncle Frank and Cousin Sal over to Ziering's dressing room to beat him up. But Uncle Frank doesn't stop there.
The thing that stands out to me in the video? Even in a comedy sketch, Ziering isn't a very good actor. Takes a fake punch well though. Video after the jump!

I'm not sure when this was, probably within the past week, but Andy Dick and Ivanka Trump were both on Jimmy Kimmel Live, and while Ivanka was trying to tell a story to Kimmel, Dick kept on interrupting and touching her. First he stroked her bare leg and then he touched her arm and took a light swipe at her hair, and that's when the security guards and Kimmel swooped in. And by security guards I mean a senior citizen, a older woman, and a couple of stage hands.
They dragged Dick off the stage so he wouldn't bother Ivanka anymore. Not sure if this was staged or just a really quick thing that Kimmel decided to do and Dick went along with. I wonder if there was anything in his mug stronger than water (and I don't mean Sprite). I don't know, I still like Andy Dick. I find him funny.
Video after the jump!
Update: it was last Friday.

At the end of my conversation with Jimmy Kimmel, I fired off a question that's
been bugging me since my first days at TV Squad: "Why did you start wearing a tie?"
Unfortunately, Jimmy had a meeting to attend, so all he could say before politely kicking me off the phone was "It's a long story." But it's understandable that he might not have time to go over his sartorial choices. His late-night talk show,
Jimmy Kimmel Live!, has just been picked up for
a fifth season, and his first prime-time special,
Jimmy Kimmel Live's All-Star Salute to Jimmy Kimmel Live!, will air on ABC on September 13 at 10 PM. In addition, he has just been named host of a new ABC game show called
Set for Life. Oh, and he's also planning his football-watching activities for this coming Sunday (as you'll see, it's quite involved).
I spoke to the 38-year-old host on Tuesday about his football parties, his flirtatious relationship with Ben Stein, and other topics, all of which you can find after the jump.

He's had Quentin Tarantino do it, now late night host Jimmy Kimmel will have
Lost/
Alias/
MI:3 guy J.J. Abrams direct tonight's episode of his show.
Should be interesting. There's been a hatch on Kimmel's stage several times before, where funky celebs often pop up, so I'm sure that will be involved somehow. And maybe someone in the control room will have to punch in certain numbers or the show will go off the air.
Abrams himself will be on the show, along with
Lost cast member Dominic Monaghan and Ben Stiller. But will Tom Cruise or Jennifer Garner show up? Maybe Stiller will do his Cruise impression for the episode.
