It's karaoke night on NBC! After
The Office's hilarious round of pop send-ups, Liz Lemon sang her break-up blues away with a drunken rendition of Janis Ian's "At 17." Karaoke - always funny - as are Chris Hansen jokes, diversity training scenes and Alec Baldwin.
With
30 Rock getting a full-season pick-up and a handful of WGA and Golden Globe nominations, TV Squad could ignore it no longer. Alec Baldwin is the obvious reason to show up to the party, but it looks like things are finally coming together for Tina Fey and her crew. Jennifer Aniston was on
Letterman last night, in all her hot-pantsed, oiled-legged glory. During her appearance, Dave tried a couple of times to trick her into admitting that she's dating Vince Vaughn, sneaking in questions like "So what do you and Vince actually
do on a date?" But Jen wouldn't budge, teasing the audience with a couple of "You know what?"s, making them think she might admit to something, then suddenly backing off.
Dave then rattled off a bunch of rumors, some real and some false, that he asked Jen to confirm or deny. Jen rolled with it, giving mockingly shocked responses to phony rumors like "She owns two white tigers." But the comedy was mostly on Dave's side, as he fumblingly drooled over Aniston's legs and tried to get her to admit to dating Vaughn (A video clip can be found
here).
