Despite my desperate attempts to look somewhat sophisticated by keeping my shirts pressed and my cuffs crisp, every once a while, an irresistible piece of geeky attire will throw off my entire wardrobe. Just take my beloved, ill-fitting "Plan 9 from Outer Space" shirt for example. Oh, Ed Wood, what is this power you have over me?
Now, here comes
The Venture Bros. to make things extra-horrible for my wardrobe and my wallet. Fans have spent the last four years or so moaning about how there are barely any goodies for purchase, and the merch gods (in this case, aka
Jackson Publick) have spoken just in time for the new season.

The designers who brought us the
Colbert Has Stones t-shirt after Stephen Colbert's
marvelous performance at the White House Correpondents Assoc. dinner, also have a couple of shirts for
Lost fanatics. They're simple.
One of them just has the numbers: 4 8 15 16 23 42. With #23 circled. Or, you can show your allegiance with the evil overlord Hanso Foundation with
this t-shirt.
The company that designs the t-shirts is called Mule, and it's actually a web design company. They just happen to be really cool, too (Hey! They're also celebrating
Festivus!) They also made a
t-shirt and bumper sticker that says: George Bush Doesn't Care About Black People. It's quoting Kanye West, of course, from when he
hijacked the Katrina telethon on NBC.

name for your network, too.
Don't worry, we'll give you something in return. Comments to this post will

Want to buy a t-shirt that'll be the ultimate in hip fashion for the next day or
two?
Go to Blue Collar Distro and buy a t-shirt based
on the "Lazy Sunday" short that was on
SNL two weeks ago and has been making its way around the
Internet ever since. The sketch is getting so popular, that you can
download it from iTunes
for free and you can
download animated
avatars that have been made from stills of the sketch. Of course, this will all look pretty dorky by March,
but who cares?
