I'm torn: is a reality show about divorcees helping their ex-spouses find a new love really uplifting or really creepy and disturbing?

The Onion's AV Club always does a good job of coming up with pop culture lists that have a good sense of a medium's history, not just listing things to generate controversy. NBC actually rejected the series before WB had a chance to also pass on it, but apparently its popularity on the video sharing site must have changed the network's mind. The series was created by Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence and two of the writers of Family Guy. The pilot on YouTube has some funny moments, but I really don't see it taking off as a bona fide television series. Frankly, I think NBC made the right decision passing on this in the first place. Then again, I could be wrong, so I guess we'll see. The network is also creating a bunch of viral videos to promote the show online.
