Jeff Tremaine, the creator of both
Jackass and
Wild Boyz, has developed a new reality series for MTV called
Rob & Big, which will feature skateboarder Rob Dyrdek and his bodyguard, Christopher "Big Black" Boykin living together in the Hollywood Hills (Anna
mentioned the series back in April). The series will debut on November 2, but if you're really excited to see what the show is all about for some reason, you can watch a five-minute sneak peek on MTV October 26. The sneak peek will also be available on MTV.com and on MTV's mobile services. The first episode will also be available through iTunes October 31, with subsequent episodes available through iTunes the Tuesday after they air on MTV. Dyrdek and Boykin met when Dyrdek hired him as a bodyguard to help protect him from cops who would hassle him for skateboarding. And no, that sentence didn't make a lot of sense to me either, but there you go.
