Charlie Sheen launches his defense

denise richards; charlie sheenCharlie Sheen and Denise Richards' ugly divorce is turning into a game of He Said, She Said. Last week, Richards got a temporary restraining order against Sheen. In her filing (posted on The Smoking Gun), Richards said Sheen threatened and pushed her, surfed the internet for child pornography and sought out prostitutes. It was a pretty scathing document, actually. That's probably why Charlie Sheen went on Entertainment Tonight to explain his side of the story. He said that Richards is making up stuff about him as part of her reaction to a failed marriage. He said she is trying "to hurt, to punish, to discredit, to completely torpedo, to undermine my perception as a responsible father... a contributing father, a guy who would give his life for his children." Sheen and Richards have two daughters, Sam, 2, and Lola, 10 months.

By the way, check out who Denise Richards is dating now. It's the soon-to-be ex-husband of her soon-to-be ex-husband's former co-star. Everybody got that? Good.

Denise Richards gets restraining order against Charlie Sheen

charlie sheen; denise richardsIn a 17-page request for a restraining order against Charlie Sheen, Denise Richards reveals A LOT of juicy, scary, and humiliating details about what happened to their marriage. The Smoking Gun has posted the entire copy of Richards' request. In it, Richards says Sheen pushed her down and threatened her, he is addicted to gambling, seeks out prostitutes, and frequently visits child porn websites. Sheen, who currently stars in Two and a Half Men, denies the claims and says his soon-to-be-ex-wife has launched a smear campaign against him.

The judge ordered Sheen to stay 300 feet away from Richards and their two daughters, except during supervised visits.

Restraining order issued against Paris Hilton

paris hiltonAn event producer who sought a restraining order against Paris Hilton has had his wish granted. Brian Quintana claims he was shoved and harassed by Hilton after telling her then boyfriend Stavros Niarchos III he should reconsider dating her. Hilton's spokesman says she didn't want to be near Quintana anyway. I'm sure the word "icky" and "cooties" were used at some point, too. I had to read the article a few times before I realized this had to do with grown adults, and not, as I originally thought, a bunch of middle school students.

Paris Hilton is her own gossip magazine

Two different lawsuits allege that Paris Hilton likes to tell lies to the media about people she doesn't like. One lawsuit, brought on by diamond-heiress Zeta Graff, claims that Hilton flat-out lied to the New York Post about her. In July, Hilton was quoted as saying Graff, the former girlfriend of Paris' then-fiance, went "berserk" at a night club and threatened strangle the hotel heiress and steal her diamond necklace. Graff says the actual altercation only included a threat from Paris, saying, "I'm going to destroy you." Ha, ha. That's funny. Paris' former spokesperson is on Graff's side. He reportedly said in a deposition that Paris asked him to plant the story. Oh, these crazy heiresses and the way they think anyone actually cares what they have to say! The second lawsuit comes from a promoter who says Paris bad-mouthed him to the media and threatened his life. He's seeking a restraining order. Hilton's spokesperson says that Paris is, in fact, the victim in all of this.

Letterman's lawyers fight whack-job's restraining order

David Letterman gets restraining order against himRemember when David Letterman had that nutcase running around his house, claiming to be Mrs. Letterman? Well, looks like he's got another nutjob in love with him. Except now, she's actually got the courts on her side! A New Mexico judge has issued a temporary restraining order against Dave, ordering him to not only stay nine feet away from local resident Colleen Nestler, but to no longer, as she puts it, "think of me, and release me from his mental harassment and hammering."

This woman has claimed that Letterman is expressing his desire for her through code words, signals and eye gestures. One such code word? Oprah, as in "Marry me, Oprah."

Letterman's lawyers are trying to get the order rescinded. He should also seek money from the state court in Santa Fe, too, because the fact that the judge even bothered to listen to this woman is costing Dave a LOT of money.
