Normally, any post I wrote up in reference to a video found on YouTube would include the video at the end of the post, but since we try to keep our content at least somewhat family safe, you'll have to check it out over at Dead Frog instead. In case I didn't make it clear, the video is definitely not safe for work.

Drawn Together comes back Thursday
The animated reality series Drawn Together returns for a third season on Comedy Central this Thursday at 10:30 pm. I've never been much of a fan of the show, and always felt like the subversive jokes and gags that make up an episode were delivered with all the subtlety of a machine gun shot directly into your face. I'm fine with humor that pushes the envelope, hell, I like it when the envelope gets torn to shreds, but Drawn Together doesn't allow itself anytime to breathe, to let the jokes sink in. I've also found the voice acting to be too shrill. However, if you're not like me and dig what the show has to offer, consider this your reminder that the show is coming back soon. Also, you can read an interview with the show's creators on the Comic Book Resources site (via Toon Zone).A couple pieces of Reno 911! news
Anna reported last January that Reno 911! would be coming to theaters as Reno 911!: Miami. In a recent interview, Thomas Lennon, who plays Dangle on the series, said the movie would be out on Januray 19 of 2007, which isn't terribly far off, so that's good news for all of us Reno fanatics. Lennon says we'll see a lot more skin in the movie than we do on the TV show, and that there's even a lenghty love scene between Dangle and Wiegel. Basically, the movie is going to be much raunchier than the TV show, which just makes me want to see it even more. Also good news: there will be a fifth season of the series. The Aristocrats makes its TV debut
That's The Aristocrats as in the movie from Paul Provenza and Penn Jillette, not The Aristocats, the Disney movie. One of those films is incredibly decadent and depraved, while the other is merely about the world's dirtiest joke. The joke has actually been around since vaudeville times, and it is not, in and of itself, a particularly funny joke, but it's definitely a fun joke to tell because it allows for the teller to embellish and stretch the joke out as long as they want. It's been a dirty little secret among comedians for ages. They sit around trying to come up with the grossest, raunchiest version of the gag they can think of, and the movie skips from one comedian to the next as they each put their own unique twist on it. The movie will make its TV debut on HBO this Wednesday, July 26, at 11 p.m.
