The Beauty Foundation pilot greenlit for Bravo
World of Wonder, the production company behind documentary films such as The Eyes of Tammy Faye and Inside Deep Throat, as well as recent reality series for TV such as Tori and Dean: Inn Love and One Punk Under God, is behind a new docu-reality series for Bravo called The Beauty Foundation. The series, whose pilot was recently green lit, will focus on makeup artist Billy B. (Billy Brasfield) as he travels to different locales to make celebrities look pretty while also coming back to the states to help rebuild his hometown of Aberdeen, Mississippi.
Billy B. has appeared in TV before on shows including E! Fashion Emergency and Mission: Makeover. He's also worked behind the scenes as a makeup on The Tyra Banks Show, Saturday Night Live, Martha and various other series. He's also worked with several artists in the music industry.
