We'll have a lot of season premieres coming up in the next few weeks, but I would say that tonight is a big night, too. Not only do we have the season opener of
Gossip Girl on The CW, we also have the long-awaited debut of
The Jay Leno Show on N "we don't have scripted shows at 10 anymore" BC.
What are you going to watch?
Lincoln Heights and
Greek?
Monday Night Football?
One Tree Hill and
Gossip Girl? Or are you going to watch something on cable or the news? Or maybe DVDs/DVR stuff you haven't watched yet? Will you give Leno a try?

It's taken nearly 10 years, but the feature film
10 Things I Hate About You is
being made into a TV show. Well, a pilot anyway. We'll see if it goes the distance. This project has a few things going for it:
1) It's on
ABC Family, which has done a fabulous job with their programming. Have you watched the network lately? This is edgy stuff that's like the next step up from
Nickelodeon and
Disney Channel:
Lincoln Heights,
Greek, and
The Secret Life of the American Teenager top the list.
2) The cast is great. Some you might have heard of, others not: Lindsey Shaw, Meaghan Jette Martin, Kyle Kaplan, Nicholas Braun and
Ethan Peck. That's him, pictured. He's the grandson of Gregory Peck, and he kind of looks like him, doesn't he?

I've been keeping an eye on the ABC episode
streaming site. Of all of the network streaming solutions, theirs is the one that I like the best. And they have made some changes, so if you haven't checked it out yet, there are some new goodies. As of now, you can watch all the episodes from the current season for
Ugly Betty, Lost, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Brothers And Sisters, and
What About Brian. Those last two are recent additions. There are also four episodes of both
Six Degrees and
The Nine, but no word on when, or if, more are coming. Finally, the first episode of ABC Family's
Lincoln Heights is also available.
