I'm a casual poker fan. I play occasionally and watch a few of the various television shows. The
World Poker Tour on the Travel Channel is what originally got me interested in Texas Hold'em. Because of that, I was naturally a Shana Hiatt fan. A blooper reel of her WPT work after the jump will give you an idea why.

It seems that Shana has been trying to get a couple different gigs, but has been hampered by a disputed no compete clause in her WPT contract. But now a judge has

Hey, guess what? You can't steal another band's name, dude. A judge ruled that Tommy Lee's band has to change its name after the finale of CBS'
Rock Star: Supernova, because another band already has the name 'Supernova'. The original Supernova is a punk trio out of Orange County, California. They filed suit
earlier this summer and got an injunction yesterday to prevent CBS, creator Mark Burnett and every member of the band from performing or recording under the name Supernova.
The new
Rock Star band, whatever they're going to be called, goes on tour starting on December 31. Maybe we'll find out their new name when they crown a winner tonight?
