If you're like me, you go through these phases where you get obsessed with a certain TV show. Maybe it's because you've never seen it before, maybe you haven't seen it in years, or maybe it's summer and you're looking for good things to watch. Below are five shows that I currently cannot get enough of, and why.

1. Lingo (GSN). Like Joel and Rich, I'm a game show geek. And while I watched this one here and there a few years ago, I've been watching it every single night lately. It's not a great show, but I like the simplicity of it, and Chuck Woolery is a quirky host. I still don't get the co-host though (Stacey a couple of years ago, now it's Shandi). Oh, she's hot and friendly, but what exactly is her job? She sits in front with a keyboard and controls the board? I doubt it. Many times you'll see her say something like "let's start with an N..." and she'll press a key, but the letter has already shown up on the board! So what exactly is her purpose? At least Vanna actually turns letters.

I do like the way Shandi says "Lingo balls" though.

• ABC has a new ep of Extreme Makeover at 8, followed by new eps of Primetime (with Tom Cruise) and 20/20.
• CBS has repeats of Ghost Whisperer, Close To Home, and Numb3rs.
• Over on NBC, a repeat Deal Or No Deal at 8 (see? they're running out of eps already), a repeat Las Vegas, then a new Conviction.
• FOX has a new, hour long Bernie Mac, followed by a new Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy.
• TBS has The Lord of the Rings at 8.
• Nick has a new ep of Avatar: The Last Airbender, also at 8.
• IFC has John Malkovich in Ripley's Game at 8.
• Larry King talks to Paula Abdul on CNN at 9.
• Discovery has a new Science of Survival at 9.
• Also at 9: HGTV has a new Double Take, followed by a new Freestyle.
• At 10, Fox Movie Channel has All That Jazz.
• At 10:15, AMC has Tremors 3: Back To Perfection.
• IFC has a repeat Dinner For Five at 10:30, with Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen, Ernie Hudson and Laura Dern joining host Jon Favreau.

• ABC has two repeats of America's Funniest Home Videos, starting at 8, followed by a new 20/20.
• CBS has new eps of Ghost Whisperer, Close To Home, and Numb3rs.
• There's a new Tim McGraw special on NBC at 8, followed by new eps of Las Vegas and Conviction.
• FOX has two new eps of Bernie Mac and a new Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy.
• UPN has a new Smackdown! at 8, while the WB has a new Survival of the Richest, a repeat Reba, then a new Modern Men.
• Everyone should watch Countdown with Keith Olbermann, on MSNBC at 8.
• ESPN2 has kickboxing at 8, followed by regular boxing at 9.
• A&E has a new Biography: "Hairdos and Heartache: The Women Of Country Music." It's on at 8 too.
• USA continues coverage of the Masters golf tournament at 8.
• At 9, Cartoon Network has a new My Gym Partner Is A Monkey, followed by a new Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi.
• At 10:30, IFC has a repeat Dinner For Five with Tony Shalhoub, Kevin James, Burt Reynolds, and Richard Lewis joining Jon Favreau.

• At 8, ABC has a repeat America's Funniest Home Videos, followed by new eps of In Justice and 20/20.
  
• CBS has a new Ghost Whisperer at 8, followed by new eps of Close To Home and Numb3rs.
• NBC has a new Deal Or No Deal at 8, then new eps of Las Vegas and Conviction.
• There are two new eps of Bernie Mac on FOX, followed by a new Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy.
• UPN has a new Smackdown! at 8, while The WB has the debut of Survival of the Richest at 8, a repeat Reba, then a new Modern Men.
• 8pm movies: HBO has Laurence Fishburne and Jeff Goldblum in Deep Cover, while TMC has The Punisher and STARZ has King Arthur.
• Remember Crime Story, the cool drama from the 80s starring Dennis Farina? It's on American Life at 9.
• At 9:30, Cartoon Network has a new Ed, Edd, 'n Eddy. It's sandwiched between two showings of Dumb & Dumber. Why that movie is on Cartoon Network, I don't know.
• At 10, Bravo has Half-Baked, with Dave Chappelle, Guillermo Diaz, Jim Breuer. Look for Jon Stewart in a small role too.
• At 10:30, IFC has a repeat Dinner For Five, with Kevin Pollak, Laura Kightlinger, Hector Elizondo, and Jeff Ross joining Jon Favreau.

• It's a crapfest on FOX tonight, with a new Nanny 911 at 8, followed by a new Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy.
• ABC has a repeat America's Funniest Home Videos, followed by new eps of In Justice and 20/20.
• CBS has more March Madness.
• NBC continues to force Deal Or No Deal upon us. It's on at 8 and is followed by a repeat Law and Order: SVU and a new Conviction.
• UPN has a new Smackdown!, while The WB has new eps of What I Like About You, Living With Fran, Reba, and Modern Men.
• A&E has Child Stars: Their Stories, with Jerry Mathers, Tony Dow, Danny Bonaduce, Melissa Gilbert, Jackie Cooper, Malcolm Jamal-Warner and other child stars. It's on at 8.
• If you missed the pilot of NBC's Heist a few nights ago, you can catch it again tonight at 8 on Bravo.
• At 9, HBO2 has Napoleon Dynamite.
• At 10:30, IFC has a repeat Dinner For Five, with Joe Mantegna, MIchael McKean, Bob Odenkirk, and Jeff Garlin joining host Jon Favreau.
• At 11, HBO has a new Real Time With Bill Maher.

• At 8pm, ABC has the Dancing With The Stars results show, followed by a new In Justice and a new 20/20.
• CBS has repeats of Ghost Whisperer, Close To Home, and Numb3rs.
• NBC has a repeat Most Outrageous Moments at 8, a new one at 8:30, then new eps of Dateline and The Book of Daniel. 
• FOX has a new Bernie Mac at 8, followed by a repeat ep and then a new Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy.
• UPN has a new WWE Friday Night Smackdown! (gotta remember that exclamation point) at 8, while the WB has a repeat What I Like About You, a new Living With Fran, a new Reba, and a new Twins. 
• ABC Family has Ghost, with Demi Moore, Patrick Swayze, and Whoopi Goldberg. It's on at 8 too.
• Can't get enough American Idol? A&E has a Biography of Simon Cowell at 8, followed by the Bond movie Tomorrow Never Dies.
• HGTV has a new Get Color at 8, followed by a new Design Remix and a new Double Take.
• The Sci-Fi Channel has a new Stargate SG-1, a repeat Stargate Atlantis, and then a new Battlestar Galactica.
• Also at 8: Emeril cooks "New Yorker's Favorites" on Food Network.
• At 9, Discovery has a new ep of Egypt Untold.
• 9pm movies: TBS has Erin Brockovich, while Bravo has Chicago and HBO2 has The Day After Tomorrow.
• At 10, ESPN2 has coverage of The Australian Open, and the Travel Channel has a new Weird Travels. 
• Also at 10: a new Monk on USA.
• IFC has a repeat Hopeless Pictures at 10, followed by repeats of Greg The Bunny and Dinner For Five.  
• At 10:30, Noggin has a new South of Nowhere.
• I didn't know that USA was showing repeats of House. There's one tonight at 11.
• If you still haven't had enough of the Golden Globes, you can watch E!'s Fashion Police roundup of the best and worst dressed at midnight. 
• At 1am, Comedy Central has Kevin Smith's Clerks.

• FOX is all new tonight, with Bernie Mac at 8pm, Malcolm at 8:30, and then Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy.
• ABC has the results show for Dancing With The Stars, followed by new eps of In Justice and 20/20.
• CBS has new eps of Ghost Whisperer at 8, Close To Home at 9, and Numb3rs at 10.
• NBC has a new ep of one of my guilty pleasures at 8, Most Outrageous Moments, followed by a repeat ep, and then new eps of Dateline and The Book of Daniel. 
• The WB has a repeat of What I Like About You at 8, followed by new eps of Living With Fran, Reba, and Twins, while UPN has a new ep of WWE Friday Night Smackdown at 8.
• Remember the "Ross and Rachel take a break" eps of Friends? Two of them are on TBS at 8, followed by Jennifer Lopez in The Wedding Planner.
• AMC has Thunderball at 8, which is a good Bond flick but not the best.
• Also at 8: HGTV has a new episode of Get Color, followed by new eps of Design Remix, Double Take, and Freestyle. 
• HBO has Denzel Washington in Man On Fire. It's on at 8 too.
• At 9, Nickelodeon has a new episode of Danny Phantom.
• Bill Maher visits Larry King on CNN at 9.
• Also at 9, MTV2 has new eps of Wildboyz and Team Sanchez.  
• Sundance has the movie Slam. It's on at 9 too.
• USA has a new episode of Monk at 10. 
• Also at 10: the Travel Channel has a new ep of Weird Travels titled "Creepy Creatures."
• Last night I stayed up late to watch the 1984 comedy Top Secret! Which reminds me that TCM has Elvis in Jailhouse Rock tonight at 10. 
• At 10:30, there's a repeat ep of Dinner For Five, with Bruce Campbell, Rob Zombie, and Roger Corman. Hey, is this show still in production? 
• At 11, A&E has a new episode of Random 1.
• More Bond flicks: A&E has Tomorrow Never Dies at midnight, and AMC has For Your Eyes Only at 1:15.  

• Lots of new stuff tonight. FOX has a new Bernie Mac at 8pm, followed by new eps of Malcolm in the Middle and Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy (ugh).
• ABC has the results show of Dancing With The Stars, followed by new eps of Hope and Faith, In Justice, and 20/20.
• CBS has a new Ghost Whisperer at 8, a new Close To Home, and then a new Numb3rs.
• NBC has two new eps of Most Outrageous Moments at 8, and then the premiere ep of The Book of Daniel at 9.
• There are two repeats of Beauty and the Geek on the WB at 8, while UPN has a new WWE Friday Night Smackdown.
• TNT has Remember The Titans at 8, while AMC has the original Halloween and Bravo has Backdraft.
• Emeril cooks Vietnamese food on a new ep of Emeril Live. It's on Food Network at 8.
• Sci-fi fans rejoice! The new seasons of both Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, and Battlestar Galactica start tonight at 8.
• At 9, HGTV has a new Double Take, followed by a new FreeStyle.
• On a new ep of Discovery Channels Egypt Untold, they investigate "The Curse of King Tut."
• Also at 9: Lifetime has The Test of Love, with Roma Downey and William Russ.
• Starz has Jennifer Garner in 13 Going On 30. It's on at 9 too.
• At 10, the Travel Channel has a new Bigfoot ep of Weird Travels. 
• Also at 10: GSN has a new Poker Royale: Celebrities vs. Poker Pros. Players include Mimi Rogers, Paul Darden, Kathy Liebert, and Partrick Warburton.  
• At 10:30, there's a repeat Dinner For Five, with guests Bonnie Hunt, Jason Bateman, Tracey Morgan, and Jeffrey Tambor joining host Jon Favreau.
• At 11, A&E has a new episode of Random 1, while Showtime has boxing.
