Having lost its main celebrity endorsement with the death of Anna Nicole Smith, diet pill maker TrimSpa is launching a new advertising campaign.
The company plans to use before and after photos of hundreds of TrimSpa users in its new ad campaign. The images will be visible even when users are fast-forwarding through the commercial.
Of course, these types of advertisements aren't really TiVo-proof, so much as TiVo-resistant. All you have to do to avoid the images is program your TiVo remote to use the 30-second skip feature. Or use a different PVR that lets you skip commercials altogether.

One of my favorite moments of the hours and hours and hours of Anna Nicole Smith coverage on the cable networks was when CNN's Lou Dobbs told Situation Room host Wolf Blitzer what was coming up on his show at the top of the hour. After he told viewers what was coming up (Iraq news, Wall Street news), he promised that for the entire hour there would not be a single mention of the death of Anna Nicole Smith.
Now it's Jack Cafferty's turn. And he did it on Wolf's show too. Video after the jump!

You would think that former pro-wrestler Chyna Doll and Anna Nicole would have been the best of chums. It makes a lot of pop culture sense when you spend a few seconds of your life contemplating it. Which you shouldn't have, but if you did, it would seem logical.
However, that is not the case. And at least Anna's real friends from Trimspa, specifically the first lady of Trimspa, Monique Goen, was ready to make that abundantly clear as they both did the talk show rounds before the body even cooled off.

What happens when the scum of the earth mates with the scum of the earth?
Various sources are reporting that former Guess model, reality television star and current bimbo Anna Nicole Smith is, in fact, pregnant. The father is supposedly Larry Birkhead, a paparazzi photographer.
TMZ says she's trying to figure out how to make some money off the announcement before she actually confirms the pregnancy.
Gee whiz. She's already rocking at parenthood. Well, at least she'll take the heat off of Britney Spears for a while. I'm just trying to look for a silver lining here, people.
