I haven't watched Oprah for years, but I'll be tuning in this week and maybe even recording the shows to watch again later. Why? Because she's got a bunch of shows I can really use!

After admitting to the world that her weight has crept back up to 200 lbs. (although if a celebrity says they weigh 200 lbs., really they weigh at least 220 lbs. - trust me on this), she's getting back on that wagon and taking that fat bull by the horns.

Here's the rundown for her "Best Life Week," day by day:

Monday, Jan. 5: Your Weight. To get back on track, Oprah talks about her diet, workout plan, and ways to put yourself back on the priority list. Her workout guy Bob Greene stops by to help us all out of a rut. I just joined a gym, so I'm completely on-board with this one.

• At 8, FOX has a new Cops.
• ABC has college football at 8, USC vs. Washington State.
• NBC has a new, one-hour Most Outrageous Moments at 8.
• C-SPAN 2 has a new Book TV at 8, discussing new books by the Presidential candidates.
• TLC has a new Property Ladder at 8.
• Nick has a new iCarly at 8, followed by a new Just Jordan.
• AMC has Psycho at 8, followed by Shadow of a Doubt.
• At 9, FOX has a new America's Most Wanted.
• There's a new Suze Orman Show on CNBC at 9.
• Food Network has two new episodes of Heavyweights starting at 9.
• BBC America has a new Torchwood at 9.
• Also at 9: Cartoon Network has a new Naruto, then new episodes of Bobobo-bo Bo-Bobo and One Piece.

• At 8, FOX has two new episodes of Cops, followed by a new episode of America's Most Wanted.
• NBC has a new Dateline at 8.
• CNN has a special at 8 on food safety in America.
• Also at 8: Food Network has a "fast food" night. Emeril Live is about quick, "Express Lane" cooking, Tasty Travels is about fast food, and The Secret Life Of... is about take-out.
• At 8:30, Cartoon Network has a new Bobobo-bo Bo-Bobo, then new episodes of Naruto, One Piece, and another Naruto.
• At 9, CNBC has a new Suze Orman Show.
• Lifetime has the new movie What If God Were The Sun? at 9.
• At 10, CBS has a new 48 Hours Mystery.
• The History Channel has a new episode of The States at 10.
• At 11, FOX has a new Mad TV, with Fred Willard, followed by a new Talk Show with Spike Feresten.
• At 11:30, NBC has the season finale of Saturday Night Live with Zach Braff and Maroon 5.
• At 1am, NBC has a new Poker After Dark.
