(M5) "...he's Mikey, OK? He's like the locusts. He's not gonna be right again for like seven years." - Lou
For once, Lou wasn't right. Doesn't really matter though because let's be honest - this wasn't really that funny at all. After the hilarious first few minisodes, and then last week's jaw-dropping finish, this one really fell flat for me.
I mean, c'mon - we all know that Mike is an idiot. Didn't we find out he had dyslexia at one point? Based on that alone, you wouldn't expect him to be able to spell common words. The obvious joke then, is that he can. And he did.
Boring. B-O-R-I-N-G. Boring.

On those rare occasions when I want a used bicycle pump and/or a one-night stand with some random stranger of dubious background, I pop on over to Craigslist to see what I can scrounge up. One has to be careful when dealing with people online, and the only advice I can give is to keep track of which person you're visiting. Trust me, no one wants to walk out of their garage with a bike pump and see you standing there naked because you confused them with the person with whom you've set up a sex date. What's even worse is trying to explain to them, regardless of your mistake, why you would think having sex on their lawn in the middle of the day was a good idea.

I've been wondering if this show was even still in production. Every time I turn it on it seems to be an episode that I've already seen, or even if I haven't seen it, it's an episode from a year or two ago. But now GSN has announced that the Chuck Woolery-hosted spelling game show will be back for a sixth season. Shandi Finnessey will be back as his co-host, typing away at the computer and starting each game, and there will be four special episodes where online champions face off against TV champions.
OK, so this game isn't exactly Jeopardy. It might not even be Wheel Of Fortune, but I enjoy it. And as I've said here before, I like it when Shandi says "Lingo balls."
The new season starts on April 2.
