Lost character flashbacks: Part ten
The newest group of Lost back story videos is now available. This week's videos features the flashbacks of Sun and Jin, Sawyer, Hurley and Charlie. The Jin and Sun flashback continues with the plot of "...In Translation." Mr. Paik calls Jin into his office, displeased at his failure to deliver the message to Byung Han. Paik wants his factory to reopen ASAP. To ensure that the message reaches Byung Han, Paik sends Jin to Han's home, along with an intimidating-looking hitman. Jin realizes that Han will be killed, and prevents the hitman from murdering him. Instead, Jin gives Han a brutal beating, demanding that the factory be allowed to open tomorrow. A blood-covered Jin returns home to Sun, who demands to know where he was. After Sun slaps him, Jin tells her that he does whatever Paik says. Sun runs off, and Jin starts to cry.

Lost character flashbacks: Part nine
ABC has posted another set of Lost flashback videos. This week, we revisit the back stories of Sun and Jin, Hurley, Kate, and Charlie. We are almost through all the major characters' flashbacks, and I hope that more of the supporting characters' back stories will be shown soon.
The fourth Sun and Jin video examines the couple's married life. After the wedding, Jin promises Sun that they will get a real honeymoon someday. Mr. Paik promotes Jin to a position as his "special assistant," asking him to send a message to the Secretary for Environmental Safety. When Jin arrives at the Secretary's home, the man is clearly terrified of him. Jin merely relays Paik's verbal message, and the Secretary is so relieved he gives Jin his daughter's puppy. Jin gives the dog to Sun, who is upset about Jin's busy work schedule.
