Jessica Alba could be facing vandalism and tagging charges for gluing several "shark conservation posters" all over Oklahoma City in an organized stunt.
Alba apologized for her participation in the incident after she was busted online. She's in Oklahoma City shooting her new movie and somehow got lured into this sticky "save the shark" poster campaign.
The city wide display is an obvious move for shark preservationists, as millions of the large fish are slaughtered every year by heavy hunting off the Oklahoma coast. Also, the classic film
Jaws was set near Tulsa.

(S05E13) Let me ask you a philosophical question: is it possible for a sitcom to be funny and still not be a very good episode? Technically, all a sitcom is trying to do is make you laugh; if it accomplishes that, it's hard to argue that it's a bad episode. Yet, despite above average guffawing throughout tonight's
Office, nothing about it worked that well.
The cold open perfectly encapsulates what I'm talking about. Dwight's actions officially crossed the line from odd-but-likable-doofus to dead-eyed sociopath. I get that Dwight's a little out there, but when it becomes plausible that a sitcom character might have a basement pit filled up with hitchhikers he's planning to use to make a girl-suit, you have to take pause and consider how he's being handled. That fire was stupid, unbelievable, and ridiculous.
But it was damn funny. You see my dilemma ...

The new season of
Sesame Street is right around the corner and, while I normally wouldn't give it a second thought, I am unusually excited right now. No, this isn't a snarky rant about how I've been driven to children's TV because of the sorry state of grown-up programming.
Sesame Street's 39th season, starting August 11th, looks like it has a lot of fun lined up not only for the pre-schoolers but parents as well. I already posted Feist's upcoming special take on "
1 2 3 4", but I had no idea how many amazing guest appearances were coming. Just check out this star-filled highlight reel after the jump.

One of the most famous
Saturday Night Live alums is returning to the show for a "best of" special. Mike Myers will host an evening of his best work in a primetime special. The comedian will introduce his most memorable sketches in front of a live studio audience. Some current SNL cast members will join him: Fred Armisen, Seth Meyers, Amy Poehler, Andy Samberg, Kenan Thompson and Kristen Wiig.
Mike Myers can also be seen in
The Love Guru this summer. The film, which also stars Jessica Alba, introduces us to yet another Myers' character, the Guru Pitka.
I loved Myers' characters from
Saturday Night Live. I'm sure we'll see Wayne Campbell, Dieter, Linda Richman (my personal favorite), and young Simon who
likes to do drawings. Are you looking forward to a particular character or skit?
Saturday Night Live: The Best of Mike Myers will air on June 15 at 9 p.m. on NBC.

In other news, the apocalypse is finally here. I suggest you find Will Smith, take shelter at the nearest WalMart, and await the zombies.
Audrina Patridge will star in Into the Blue 2. The original, starring Jessica Alba and other hotties, was sublimely bad. The opportunity, Partridge says, "is giving me a chance to show people [what I can do]. This is why I moved to LA."
My questions for you TV Squad readers are as follows: Would you watch a movie starring Audrina Partridge? And, do you think this will instigate yet another feud among the
The Hills skanks? I mean, LC was in
Epic Movie but she played herself so that hardly counts as starring in a film.
The Hills season finale is live tonight from a mansion in Beverly Hills. The finale itself, which also stars Usher, will air at 10 PM ET and there will be an after-show at 11 p.m. ET. Yours truly will be there so watch for my post early tomorrow.

Actress Jessica Alba was chosen to host the
MTV Movie
Awards next month. Alba is actually nominated for three golden popcorn trophies, for 'sexiest performance' in
Sin City and for 'best hero' and 'best on-screen team' for
The Fantastic Four. There's no doubt she
is gorgeous, but can she carry a pseudo-live show?
The awards show films on June 3rd and airs on June 8th on
MTV.
