I watched The Celebrity Apprentice last night. Did you? While I thought the last non-celeb season of The Apprentice was a dismal grasping-at-straws season and the show should be put out of its misery, I once again got hooked during the first celebrity season.

I have my reasons I must watch. Yes, I wondered if Joan Rivers' face can actually show any signs of movement after all of her plastic surgery (it doesn't). Her mouth smiles, but that's about it. Nonetheless, Joan can be so outrageous and spontaneous that she'll crack me up anyway (and my face actually can move with expressions). Having her, Dennis Rodman, Andrew Dice Clay, Clint Black, and some of the others is enough to get me hooked on the show even before the season started. Oh, that doesn't mean I like them all. But I do like my just desserts and Clay got his cupcakes last night.

Yesterday, NBC revealed the cast for the second edition of Celebrity Apprentice, an announcement that had been made in October but somehow kept under wraps by the press until now. How did that happen? Well, my guess is that the press got a look at the names of the "celebrities" on the list and determined that they weren't leak-worthy.

I mean, really ... Dennis Rodman? Dice Clay? Tom Green? Joan and Melissa Rivers? A Kardashian sister that isn't Kim? No wonder why the only people who leaked the news were Letterman and Conan; they cast is barely even worthy of late-night monologue scorn.

After weeks of tasks, bickering between Piers and Omarosa, "You're fired!" and money raised for charity, Donald Trump finally said the words "You're hired!" (figuratively) to one of the two final contestants: America's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan and country singer Trace Adkins. Since I know some of you haven't watched the finale yet, I'll name who was crowned winner of the first edition of NBC's The Celebrity Apprentice after the jump. I can confirm though that it's a man!

Health officials in New York City are suggesting that everyone who was at the Socialista Bar on February 7th (and also on the 8th and the 11th) should get vaccinated for Hepatitis A just in case. A bartender who was working on those days has tested positive for the disease, which is caused by contact with fecal matter and creates an inflammation of the liver.

Why is this story on a TV blog? Well, it just so happens that Demi Moore threw a party for husband Ashton Kutcher on February 7, and guests at the party included Bruce Willis, Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane, Madonna, Ali Larter, Gwyneth Paltrow, Lucy Liu, Kate Hudson, Lake Bell, Ivanka Trump, and other celebrities. (Side note: doesn't it just make you all warm and gooey inside that Demi and Ashton get along so well with Demi's ex Bruce Willis?)

I wonder if this is what critics mean when they say that Hollywood is infecting America?

I didn't think he could do it, but the Donald did it. I've been a fan of The Apprentice since its first season, but I threw in the towel with last season's lackluster gimmicky Los Angeles version of this unreality show.

But I started watching again this season as the celebrity (although far from A List celebs) started playing the game donating winnings to their favorite charities. Although my favorite Gene Simmons (of KISS fame) committed Apprenticide before my very eyes, only Lost will keep me from watching it as it airs.

The search for Rosie's replacement continues.

Ivanka Trump, Donald's daughter, says that she has no interest in being on The View because she's much too busy and co-hosting a daily talk show just doesn't fit into her plans at this time. She was actually considering it, because she had a good time on The View before Rosie was on it and would probably have a good time now that Rosie is gone.

Maybe they shouldn't even get a full-time, permanent host. The ratings seem to be good since Rosie left and they've had a rotating group of guest hosts. Maybe that can be their "thing," a new, mysterious guest host each day.

By the way, remember when Rosie said she wasn't going away completely, that she'd still show up now and then to guest host? Yeah, right.

I'm not sure when this was, probably within the past week, but Andy Dick and Ivanka Trump were both on Jimmy Kimmel Live, and while Ivanka was trying to tell a story to Kimmel, Dick kept on interrupting and touching her. First he stroked her bare leg and then he touched her arm and took a light swipe at her hair, and that's when the security guards and Kimmel swooped in. And by security guards I mean a senior citizen, a older woman, and a couple of stage hands.

They dragged Dick off the stage so he wouldn't bother Ivanka anymore. Not sure if this was staged or just a really quick thing that Kimmel decided to do and Dick went along with. I wonder if there was anything in his mug stronger than water (and I don't mean Sprite). I don't know, I still like Andy Dick. I find him funny.

Whether you want them or not, here are Donald Trump's latest slams against Rosie O'Donnell, unleashed at the TCA session for The Apprentice. The session was attended by Trump, his kids Donald Jr. and Ivanka, and original winner Bill Rancic:

"This started out really having nothing to do with The Apprentice, but Miss USA and the pageant. The young lady had a drinking problem, and I gave her a 2nd chance. And Rosie went totally nuts, then she said a lot of things that have proven to be untrue."

"It became a very very big story."

"Last night I did Larry King; he said he wasn't going to talk about Rosie. Then, the first question was Rosie."

"The question was when does it stop? She's terrible; she's a terrible disgusting human being who's not very smart. And you'll see that whole thing blow up and give me a little credit when it does."

(S06E01) I'm not sure I'm sold on The Apprentice moving to Los Angeles. It sounds stupid, but it boils down to little things for me. Things that feel different that I liked about New York. For instance, remember the way a fired contestant would exit New York? Hop into a cab. It's not the same in Los Angeles. A chauffeured towncar service? It just feels weird to me. However, I've watched the episode again and I've got some fresh thoughts after the jump.

Apparently Donald Trump's daughter is just as much of a tool as her father. She's weighing in on the Rosie V. The Donald feud that her father has dragged out way too far in the media. 25-year old Ivanka appeared on Today this morning, where she told Meredith Vieira that Rosie O'Donnell "instigated" the feud and that she had been "bullying people for a long time". She also defended the mean things her father said about Rosie-- calling her "fat" and a "failure" (which is funny coming from a Trump).

If you don't remember or you're one of the lucky ones who could erase this stupid feud from your brain... I'm going to remind you of it. Ivanka is right that Rosie started it. She's the one who said, on The View, that Donald Trump was morally bankrupt. Of course, Trump Sr. took it upon himself to lash out to every media outlet that would listen because he's got a new season of The Apprentice coming up soon on NBC. Ivanka jumped on her father's loud-mouthed bandwagon today as she, too, promoted The Apprentice (maybe we should all boycott it).

No sense in explaining the premise of this show; we all know what The Apprentice is. It's all about getting ahead, making your mark, and scooping up all that extra money, money, money. So it only makes sense that the sixth installment of the Mark Burnett produced reality series takes place in Los Angeles, a city obsessed with vanity, appearances, and the almighty buck. However, it seems that Burnett and Trump have finally realized that for The Apprentice to ever stand side by side with Burnett's CBS juggernaut (you've probably heard of it, usually takes place on an island), things needs to change. I'm not so sure the transformations this show has gone through were the right ones though.

Do you think he used his catchphrase? Donald Trump has fired Carolyn Kepcher, the blonde assistant who has been at his side all these years on The Apprentice. The New York Post is reporting that Carolyn, who is merely 36 years old, was fired for not being able to focus. Apparently she's quite the busy bee now that she's a pseudo-celebrity and all. The paper says she's trying to juggle her responsibilities for Trump with her many speaking engagements and recently, while away on a speaking engagement, Trump was unable to reach her.

Aside from monitoring the teams on The Apprentice, Carolyn's real job was to run the Trump National Golf Club in Westchester County, New York. Trump says her duties on the show will be done by his daughter, Ivanka. Maybe Carolyn's job is the big prize for the next winner of The Apprentice.

(S03E03) The designers were told to design something for one of fashion's hottest accessories. I had a few guesses... The accessory would either be an iPod, a baby (well, maternity clothes), or pets. I was right with my third guess because the designers were each given a small dog to serve as a muse. Their challenge: Design an outfit for their dog, a complimentary outfit for their model, and think up a narrative explanation for their creation. The narrative part seemed kind of pointless to me, but, hey, I'm no Heidi Klum.

Oh, and I just have to say this because I'm so excited... Someone's getting kicked off for being naughty in the next episode. Scandal!

Donald Trump just entered the Joe Simpson Club of Creepy Dads, for telling the gals on The View that, if Ivanka wasn't his daughter, he'd probably be dating her. Ew? I know he's desperate to get better ratings for 24-year-old Ivanka's five-episode arc on The Apprentice, but... ew! I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. He also said she has a nice body and would look good if she wanted to pose in Playboy magazine. Ick. Ick. Ick. I guess that Martha Stewart feud didn't create enough headlines so he's working another angle.

While that's super gross, Joe Simpson remains the ultimate creepy dad for talking about the size of daughter Jessica Simpson's breasts.
