Susan Boyle's CD debuts at number one in UK

susan_boyle_ITVSomewhere tonight American Idol judge Simon Cowell is grinning. You can just imagine it, can't you? The record keepers across the pond, the Official Charts Company, announced that Boyle's CD, also called I Dreamed A Dream, sold 410,000 copies since its release on November 23. That's the opinion of New York columnist Michael Musto, but I think his Rolex knock-off is running fast. Musto thinks Boyle is done, but, you watch, Susan will be around for at least another week or two.

She was on Larry King Live on Friday. There's rumors that she's going to appear on Oprah, and I wouldn't put it past American Idol and Simon Cowell to spring her on us, giving 20 million Americans a chance to be amazed by her sweet voice and reviled by her hairy eyebrows.
