(S11E28) They say to "expect the unexpected" on
Big Brother 11. Well, tonight showed that the viewers can expect an unexpected scheduling of events. Here I was expecting to see the hamsters dwindled down to two tonight. But that wasn't to be the case. However, I did expect Kevin to dress up all spiffy and funky. Sure enough, he did. He had matching red sneakers to complete the outfit.

(S11E26) Now, this is downright frightening. Natalie is the head of household this week in the
Big Brother 11 house. I can deal with that ... sort of, kind of. I don't care for her and I don't want her to win the half-million. But I can cope with her winning HoH once this season. What I can't abide by is the outfit. We're talking funkadelic gone horribly awry.

Lately, I feel like I need a shower after watching an episode of any of the
Real Housewives on Bravo. The franchise is getting progressively trashier, which probably doesn't bother Bravo because the ratings have continued to boom.
This latest news might help
The Real Housewives of Orange County when it returns.
Reality star Lynne Curtin has been accused of stealing furniture from the house she'd been renting for the show. Not only that, but the homeowner is claiming Curtin also destroyed property before vacating.
That image is diametrically opposite of the one presented on the show. Curtin's home was never revealed to be a rental for starters. Her domestic situation was also seemingly secure and stable, with no problems with her husband and children.

(S11E21) My goodness, whatever could be making Natalie smile in the
Big Brother 11 house? Could she have actually won a competition for the first time this season? Perhaps she's thinking of the Lydia/Jessie reunion in the jury house -- picturing scenes of Lydia scratching Jessie's eyes out or something. Maybe she's proud to be wearing a doo-rag which clashes with her shirt instead of her neatly color-coordinated um ... urban wear. Maybe she's thinking of adopting a pit bull so they can wear matching little outfits. Or maybe ...

(S11E20) After the recent excitement in the
Big Brother 11 house, I'm spoiled. I want every episode to be a Chima meltdown. I want the producer's voice to come over the intercoms of the house and yell at bad hamsters. I want brouhahas and perhaps even fisticuffs. No, I don't anyone to get hurt -- I just want my excitement fix from the episodes. What did I get tonight?

(S11E19) Jordan's abbreviated head of household reign came to an end on tonight's
Big Brother 11. Of course, it wasn't quite as abbreviated as Michele's run before her. However, this whole week has been all topsy-turvy in the house. Let's see ... this week was originally scheduled to be the fast forward double eviction week. Instead, Chima went all kinds of bonkers and got the boot from the producers, forcing the comps to go a bit awry, as well as the events of tonight's show.

(S11E18) If you're a
Big Brother aficionado, this single episode is bound to be one of the biggest classics of the series. I'm talking absolutely brimming with moments which will be referred to for years to come. Remember the classic Dustin face upon eviction? This is better than that. Evel Dick dumping ice tea on Jen? Child's play, I say! For once, the television-show-only viewers get a taste of what the live-feed-watchers have seen this season. It's not pretty. It's actually a rather depressing look at humanity. But it's entertainment.

Admit it. You don't want to wait until Sunday night ... or maybe even Tuesday night to hear about the big drama going on in the
Big Brother 11 house. Sure, the real happenings in the house are usually a few days ahead of the actual airing of the shows.
Yes, the nominations have already happened. But that's not even the major news of the day. I'm talking huge. I'm talking
BB history annals big. I'm talking drama, I'm talking excitement. But, unless you want to know major spoilers, be warned that show-changing news is beyond the jump.

(S11E12) This week in the
Big Brother 11 house, it's all about fractioning the factions. As is typical, it's already a house divided. So, for fun ... let's divide it twice more! Oh, heck. Go for thrice-divided. Even with a scorecard, it's hard to tell who's on first. Therefore, I think we need advanced mathematical equations. The show is often about lying and backstabbing, but it's generally a bit more predictable than this. This time we're talking crossing party lines.

(S11E11) When we last left our
Big Brother 11 hamsters, they were vying for head of household in a twisted graduation-themed masochistic amusement ride scenario. Why graduation? Well, it's the end of the cliques, and they're all solo players in the game. Folks like Natalie are feeling very vulnerable. After all, what game has that girl got other than being Jessie's pit bull? Jeff has his worries, too. While being a part of the athlete clique, he never really was a part of the group. We're finally into some strategy other than the bullies with a head-start advantage ruling the game. Good.

(S11E06) In the
Big Brother 11 house, Ronnie is the boy who thought he would be king. He's the supreme gamer. He's the debate champion. He is the mega-fan who can recite the order of every eliminated house guest on the show throughout the seasons. He's in the brains clique. It's like this guy should have been declared the winner the first night and spared us the summer. I mean, no one in his shoes can screw this all to heck and back ... can they?

(S11E04) Is it just me or does Jeff from
Big Brother 11 have a real Jason Bateman thing going on? Of course, Jason Bateman has too much sense to go into the house of hamsters. But then again, this season with its high school theme could be a case of
Arrested Development, right? I'm just talking in circles until we get off the main page just in case you haven't seen the show yet. Read on!

(S11E03) When we last left the new hamsters in the
Big Brother 11 house, not-so-beloved returnee Jessie had automatically assumed the position of head of household. Now, I didn't want to see him return to the show. But for him to return and be in a position of power? Egads! Yes, I said "egads." It just seemed fitting for the situation. Tonight's show proved that Jessie is easily steered. You just have to handle him right ... he's not all that bright.

(S11E02) Tonight's episode of
Big Brother 11 was technically the nominations show. However, in true
Big Brother fashion, it was full of fodder. It was during the fodder moments that I decided that surfer dude Braden isn't quite on the same plane as most of us. He just doesn't make sense! It's kind of like he wants to be the Ben Wade of the
Big Brother house with spiritual philosophical mumbo-jumbo. But in reality, I fear he's just an eye-candy space cadet.

What time is it? Well, it's almost Hamster Time as the new houseguests settle in the
Big Brother 11 house. Julie Chen and executive producer Allison Grodner introduced the cast this morning on
The Early Show.
The official Big Brother 11 website is up and running. We're almost there! All we need are episodes and the live feeds in the house. The esteemed Bob Sassone has already written about
this season's new "green" house. For me, it's just a bit garish, how about you?
The latest hamsters are: (top row) Casey, Jordan, Jeff, Braden, Chima, and Kevin. On the bottom row, we have Lydia, Laura, Michele, Natalie, Ronnie, and Russell. The oldest is Casey coming in with 41 years of age. To be honest, I really look for more diversity in ages, races, and more. But you never know -- I'm sure there's going to be some controversy in the house. The season premiere is July 9 at 8 PM. Be there or ... er, or be here on TV Squad!
