As some shows reach the end of their run, they often aren't able to properly address many of their most important lingering plots. Either the show is canceled abruptly and hardly anything gets answered or if it was a hit, network economics kick in and the show runs so long that what does or doesn't get answered is never enough for the fans that stuck it out.
'Nip/Tuck,' however, seems to have entered its final season with a bit of a happy medium -- seven seasons is still a long run for a drama, but Ryan Murphy and Co. have never let fans forget about the original sin that started it all. In the same way that the bullet Vic Mackey put in Terry Crowley's face in the pilot episode of 'The Shield' became crucial during that show's final season, it's looking more and more like all those hams that Sean and Christian bought in the 'Nip/Tuck' series premiere might be the very thing that ends up driving them apart.
(S04E15) Not bad at all. No bells. No whistles. One semi-unexpected moment, but overall -- a very satisfying finale. The way it was structured, if you think about it, this actually could have served as the series finale if it needed to be. We had
