Back on May 9th we reported that Prison Break actor Lane Garrison was charged with manslaughter in connection with a fatal car crash that resulted in the death of one of his three teenage passengers. Back then, Garrison was out on $100,000 bail. Now, it seems, the actor is ready to admit to his guilt and accept the consequences.
On Monday, Garrison pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence and two other alcohol-related charges connected with the December, 2006 accident. Combined, the maximum prison sentence the actor will face is about 7 years. This may be the plea bargain that Garrison's lawyer mentioned back when his client was charged with manslaughter earlier in the month. Sentencing for the actor is scheduled for August 2nd.
In Prison Break Garrison's portrayed David "Tweener" Apolskis, a petty thief who escaped from the prison but was later shot and killed. In March he appeared in the Mark Wahlberg movie Shooter.
