The newest Lost audio podcast is up and running on ABC's website. Special guests Adam Horowitz and Eddie Kitsis filled in for Damon Lindelof this week (Carlton Cuse co-hosted). Horowitz and Kitsis are the writers behind last week's Nikki and Paulo episode, along with many other Lost episodes. Cast member Elizabeth Mitchell gave a brief interview about her character, and the writers answered fans' questions. The following details were revealed:

• Elizabeth Mitchell always suspected that Juliet was "brilliant," and that the character's strength had grown since she arrived on the island. She finds Juliet's development "fascinating."

Lost co-executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis are spilling the beans about Season Three, or least hinting at what's to come. Horowitz and Kitsis co-wrote the upcoming Hurley-centric episode "Tricia Tanaka is Dead," along with several other Hurley flashback episodes.

Fans can expect this new episode to be relatively lighter than the intense Other storylines. The writers are also encouraging viewers to pay special attention to the last few minutes of the episode, a bold promise after last week's misleading ABC promos. According to Horowitz and Kitsis, the episode's events have been in the works for a long time.
