Jun 19th 2009 8:24AM Sending Max home isntead of Kupono was a joke. Here you have Max who did both dances great and his solo was good too. And then you have Kupono who had one good dance, one bad dance, and a solo that didn't look like he was fighting for his life. WTF? Seriously bogus results.

Jun 18th 2009 8:56AM I still don't get all the praise for Jonathan and Karla. Maybe he was choreographed this way, but the entire time his upper torso looked heavy and like he was still a ballroom dancer. Look at the other contemporary dancers and you will see what I mean. His torso was so straight through out most of it, it wasn't funny. Karla definitely upstaged him in this dance. I had this dance near the bottom of my list, but then again, the judges had nothing but praise for it.

May 13th 2009 4:19PM The problem is that most of these contestants have a lot of excess skin which does them dis-service. Obviously they can't go in and get plastic surgery to remove this for the finale because someone could accuse them of getting lipo. It's the entire reason why they go from weighing in shirtless/sports bra to wearing a tshirt. After the finale you can bet they go get that excess skin removed which probably will be in the range of another 5-10lbs. So couple that with what they will gain back and all is well.
