Review: The New Adventures of Old Christine - I Love Woo, I Hate Woo {TV Squad}

Nov 28th 2009 6:11AM You left out the best surprise at the end of the episode: "And that, kids, is How I Met Your Mother." That was great!

Benjamin Bratt back on the beat at Law & Order {TV Squad}

Oct 26th 2009 5:16AM I'm very happy to see Bratt's return. I guess I'm in the minority, I think both Anderson and Sisto (whom I normally like) are a terrible fit and have no chemistry on the show or with each other. I cringe when Anderson tries to do the "sardonic comment" thing in the teasers, and Sisto has adopted this weird intonation that also makes me cringe.

Noth is my fav so any plans for his appearance would be much appreciated! He's by far the best cop, created chemistry with each of the rotating cast, and many of the best episodes revolved around him (e.g. Confession, Bad Faith, Last Rites - and note the Catholic theme too).

Send us your questions for Late Show writer Bill Scheft for the next APB Podcast {TV Squad}

Oct 24th 2009 1:51AM How has the atmosphere at the Late Show changed since the news about Dave's history with his female staff and prosecution of Dave's blackmailer?

It's People's Choice Awards time again {TV Squad}

Oct 22nd 2009 4:15AM I don't know how the nominations for the PCAwards are done, but I do know that Gary Unmarried is *funny.* I'm guessing (just a guess) you don't actually watch the show, but choose to knee-jerk slam the show. If it finds its legs, the show will be up to par with the best of Raymond. (that may not be your speed but if it is it's worth giving it a chance).

Sundays with Seth: Meet the Crinklesacks and fly with the Smiths {TV Squad}

Oct 12th 2009 5:52PM Another good FG tidbit was the nod to South Park Cartoon Wars - when coming up with a name for the improv group, Quagmire parrotted Parker&Stone's criticism that you can't just throw in a random joke, it has to be organic from the plot! Wish they would've gone a little further with that.

Does Justin Chambers have the best girly scream ever? {TV Squad}

Oct 12th 2009 3:18AM My vote goes to Turk/Donald Faison on Scrubs. His scream gets me every time! And he will usually create a little delayed reaction before he screams, which makes it even more of a winner.

The Ally Bank commercials are driving me batty {TV Squad}

Oct 7th 2009 3:42PM "That's what the "Op" is in OpEd."

Jane, thx for posting this, I never saw these commercials and I also sympathize with the kids. But you should get your facts straight. The term "OpEd" refers to the page "opposite the editorial page." It's the "Ed" (editorial) that refers to an opinion piece.

Giveaway Tuesday: Visa Cash Card and Scrubs Swag {TV Squad}

Sep 16th 2009 10:14AM The show has a great combination of elements that fit perfectly together - well-defined characters, humor that was quirky and unexpected, lots of music, recurring jokes throughout the seasons, real growth of the characters, and a great mix of humor, drama, and pathos.

Is Kanye West MTV's biggest monster, or is it all for show? {TV Squad}

Sep 15th 2009 7:55PM And thus by invoking Obama, aka the President of the United States, in a conversation about MTV, you have completely invalidated your self-serving claim that white people are over the race issue and more significantly, revealed yourself for what you are.

The most annoying commercial of the week: Miracle Whip's "Don't Be So Mayo" {TV Squad}

Sep 13th 2009 12:55AM 1)"Splidge" is a great word. Kudos.
2) Are you insane? Dick York is the better Darren by a million miles.
