You want to talk about holiday cheer and gifts that keep on giving, take a look at what we have to expect from TV starting in January. For instance, Big Love is coming back to HBO on January 10. But that's not all. Leverage announced a return date this week, and there's also Burn Notice and The Closer, NBC has Chuck. And Breaking Bad is returning to AMC in March.
How great is all that TV – and I haven't even mentioned Lost or 24! Advice to all television fans; if you don't already have the best equipment in your TV room, if you're hankering for HD or have been worried about your DVR, upgrade your stuff now – ask Santa Claus for what you want – and get ready for the new year bounty.
I know for me, I have to add HBO to my DirecTV line up. I took a couple of months off to save a few pennies, but Big Love is a good enough reason for me to scratch up the extra to add it again. However, even as I'm still very excited about Big Love coming back – I went on and on about it in October – this new promo has me baffled. Take a look:
Aside from evoking the falling images from Mad Men, this promo doesn't do it for me. I get that they decided not to show any substantive scenes from the new season, but this shows really nothing much at all. I would have enjoyed a little action. But I'm thinking that this is a teaser and that as the premiere date approaches, there'll be actual footage shown. I hope so...

I love the show and I'm loving other TV series programs on my online HD TV service that's way cheaper by far compared to other providers, plus I can watch it online in my computer.
Here's a video for you if you're interested.
