I really really wish you would stop talking about yourselves and how people react to what you do and talk about your reactions to the topics you cover. I'm MUCH more interested in your subjects than I am in your process, the reactions you get, and your opinions of the audience.

I have to agree with that... What is TV squad? It seems to be a bit of everything at the moment.
I got into TV squad with the episode recaps - I used to love watching a show then coming on here to see if the reviewer picked up all the nuances and inside jokes that I did. The recaps which have gone from being the main thing on the site, to recently where you just mentioned an episode title wrote one line and basically told the readers to discuss it themselves (which you have now seemed to drop).
Apart from enabling Joel to continue his bromance with Bill Lawrence, what is TV Squads purpose? - because as a reader I don't really know any more? I liked TV Squad more when it felt like fans talking about cool TV after we watched it, rather than news and spoilers.
I would like to see more podcasts (with interviews with actors/directors/writes/show runners just discussing good TV) that are better produced and technically better.. (can't you use a phone line instead of Skype)

How would a phone line sound better? There may be less technical glitches, but everything would sound like a phone call. I don't have an ISDN line in my house, which would be the way to get as good sound quality as Skype gives me using my existing phone lines.
You'd be surprised how many podcasts are recorded using Skype.
As far as the bromance with Bill Lawrence crack goes, I'll ignore that one.
