The Shake Weight is either the most erotic or hilarious exercise ad ever
Tuesday's Daily Show with Jon Stewart brought a pressing and shocking concern to my eyes, something the American people as a whole have largely ignored: the ridiculous ad for the Shake Weight.
Most exercise infomercials are already crazy and unintentionally hilarious in and of themselves, but this ad deserves the Mark Twain Prize.

No, you can't spot weight-loss. (I don't know if thats what you meant, but the point is moot anyways because I don't think the exercise is intended to be for weight loss anyway). If you do bicep curls for 3 months straight your arms are going to be more toned and defined due to the muscle you added. Your chest won't be bigger, and your quads won't be bigger. Thus, you can spot muscle definition with this device if it really does what it says it can. (y'know, be a replacement for dumbbells.)

Ellen has shown these commercials for awhile now. Where have you been? She gave them as gifts to the audience, Queen Latifa and other guests.

Again, the TV Squaders are right on top of it. Ellen had that commercial on her show nearly two months ago. The company enjoyed the free publicity enough that they let her premiere the commercial for the male version of the weight a couple of weeks ago.
