Sometimes I like to indulge in my guilty pleasure of watching several hours of the Bravo channel all at once. I can't say I'm hooked on the network -- it's mostly reality shows -- but sometimes it's fun to just watch something totally mindless. In Bravo's case, I usually end up feeling much better about my own life. This afternoon, I watched a few episodes of Million Dollar Listing, the show about three real estate agents in Los Angeles. Season three premiered last Monday, and I feel for these guys -- Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers -- because it can't be easy trying to sell homes in this market. It seems like a tough business to be in anyway, and they have to deal with bleached blonde Hollywood types, many of whom think they have all the answers.
It seems like it'd be especially tough for Chad Rogers, who looks like he's about twelve years old and a groupie of the Jonas Brothers. According to his bio, he received his real estate license at the age of 18 and then went on to earn a business degree from the University of Denver.
Apparently, he's just one those guys who looks young, because his IMDB listing says he's 32 years old. You wonder if looking like a teenager is a bonus or a deterrent to his business. But don't discount him because he looks young. Here's a preview of episode three, in which Chad plays hardball with another agent. It's fascinating, really, and makes me feel like I'd want Chad on my side in a real estate deal.

Did you notice that the other guys sounds Exactly like Patrick Dempsey, he has the exact same cadence and everything, I would want him on my side during a deal.
Also - the guy on flipping out looks like the dude on Tosh.o. They could be brothers.

This whole scene seems strangely staged to me.
Though I might just not watch enough reality TV.

So what?? Age is just a stinking number. People who look this young at 32 are an inspiration to us people who are pushing 30. Thirty isn't grandpa age anyway.
