Warning: the following might be NSFW, if your W objects to cartoon nudity. We told you last week about Playboy's new issue with The Simpsons mom Marge on the cover. Well, she's also the subject of a pictorial inside (complete with a questionnaire) and now the images have made it online. After the jump, one of the pictures (here are the rest).
The funny part is (and something I didn't really think about before) was that Matt Groening drew these pics himself.

The funny part? Really? Who did you think was going to draw them? If you've ever read Groening's weekly strip "Life In Hell", you'd know sex isn't an issue for him.
Now if we can just get a similar spread on Leela. ;)

Actually, there's a solid chance he didn't draw them himself. A long time ago, when Fox picked up the Simpsons, Groening struck a deal which basically said any licensed Simpsons images would carry his signature, regardless of who produced them.

Ugh. Just ugh. I'm really surprised and saddened that Groening would allow this.

Just for your information not ALL copies have the "marge "cover I just got my copy today, it featured
some singer (i think ) on the cover . we are compensated(?) by a very tricky(read: difficult)
rabbit's head search. did anyone get the Marge cover or did they change it at the last minute ( the "cheat box" in the TOC page leads me to beleive the later).

Actually, despite the fact that Matt Groening's name is signed to pretty much every piece of Simpsons/Futurama artwork, he doesn't actually draw any of them -- much in the same way that Walt Disney's name was signed to any Disney drawing back when he was alive.
