Fox is looking to turn National Geographic's Cesar Millan, aka the Dog Whisperer, into a funny idea for a sitcom. And no, that's not the part they hope is funny. The network is looking to cast That 70's Show's Wilmer Valderrama in the potential sitcom's title role, assuming it's called "The Dog Whisperer." Hung's co-executive producer Emily Kapnek will write the show's pilot.
If this gets to the air and becomes a wild success, just imagine the bar this could set for other reality show stars to get their own half-hour sitcom. Then again, try not to or your skull will cave in.

I love watching Cesar on Nat.Geo. but I still think there is potential for a comedy about a renowned dog trainer/rehabilitation expert who has funny things happen (whether the premise is his lack of expertise though people think he's so very qualified, or whether the premise is the crazy people he meets and the dogs they love, it's still a possibly funny show).
I just hope it doesn't effect the work Cesar has done in working with people to better understand their animals. There are way too many people out there who have screwed with their dog's minds , too bad there isn't a "child whisperer" out there to deal with the parents who mess with their kids minds because of their own neuroses

Cesar Millan admits that he came to this country as an uneducated unskilled illegal alien.
His success was achieved only by taking advantage of U.S. government social services, which, as an illegal, he effectively "stole."
He has never denounced - or apologized for - sneaking into the country/breaking the law.
