Gosselin finally taken to court by TLC

Who says that justice is a forgotten concept that only exists as a hope and no longer as an important facet of a fully functional society?
Jon Gosselin is about to have his day in court. Take that, evil!
TLC is suing for the former star of
Jon & Kate Plus 8 for breach of contract, accusing accused him of violating an exclusivity and moral clause in his contract. I was shocked. Reality shows have morals? Of course it makes sense that the only morals involved in reality shows would have to be enforced by a contract.

Considering Jon's odd behavior in the past couple weeks, I actually agree with them. I wonder why his lawyer didn't advise him better regarding withdrawing funds from joint accounts or withdrawing his kids from a show that he consistently renewed his contract with -

I wonder why his lawyer didn't advise him better regarding withdrawing funds from joint accounts or withdrawing his kids from a show for a season they were contracted (and had already filmed) for. TLC didn't renew his contract for the new season, which was totally different from what he did -

Could someone delete at least 2 of the comments I made? Apologies, my wireless kept disconnecting and did not reflect site refreshes.

It should be "I'm shocked!" instead of "I was shocked."

So is TLC suing Kate too? I'm sure she has also broken the "exclusive" clause by appearing on The View as a co-host.

Depends upon whether she had approval from TLC to do so.

Kate was not the one that terminated the contract. Jon's new lawyer appears to have told him that he can do whatever he wants and TLC can't do a thing.....bad legal advise Jon. I hope Kate & TLC show him that when you sign a contract, you are bound by it.

Wonder what Kate did with all the money off her books?
Did she share that with Jon? I'm so sick of every one saying how bad Jon is. They both had problems with each other. The poooorrrr children. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Why would anybody say it that way, you can easily get your point across in a polite and courteous way. Lets all just get a long.
