Or even Gemma's line to Tara. "You're gonna love this!" and BOOM! she blew out the porn star's tire.

I admit it...I LOVED this episode...hated the ending, as I wish more of the club got away than just Opie.

I think Gemma is starting to see that Tara really loves Jax, and is willing to adjust some of her own moral code to do so, IF Tara tries to save the club I think that will be it for Gemma, Tara's golden...UNLESS she uses Gemma's rape as leverage in some way.

I am totally digging Mark Boone Junior as Bobby. He knows the score, and you can see the conflict on his face every time he feels that he should go against Clay.

And I won't lie...for some reason even with the funky beard and the many tats, I find Ryan Hurst oddly sexy as Opie.

I just started watching this show this season so I am still trying to catch up with everything but Opie seems to have chosen Clay over Jax but he does not know who really is behind the death of Donna, right? Will Jax tell Opie to get him to maybe help push Clay out of the way?

The Gemma and Tara scenes were fantastic! I am definitely loving their budding friendship. Hell, their scenes were great even when they hated each other. Also, Gemma's gun stash cracked my *hit up. Seriously.

And I LOVED the expression on Gemma's face when Tara was pointing the gun at the porn actress. High-larious.

This was definitely one of the best eps of the season. Really dug it.

the show gets better and better. they do such a great job of making SAMCRO the "good guys" and The League as the "bad guys" when in reality they are all bad.

FX has some smart people running it.

Great episode! Im loving the scenes w/ Tara and Gemma even more. You can def see Gemma is softening up to Tara. Not liking Opie choosing Clay over Jax...and Im actually like Opie when he had a little more weight to him. Def loss a lot of weight this season.

Yea..I have to agree on the best line of the night was when Unser had to excuse himself b/c he was getting an ass whopping from Gemma b/c she found out he told her secret. OR when Clay trashed Zobelle's store and then said something like "guess theyre not open yet". Cannot remember exactly, but I chuckled after hearing that.

Cannot stand Zobelle's daughter...def hope she gets what she deserves.

I had to draw the line at the joint police/SAMCRO house raid.

And I fear the plotline is really sucking airtime away from Juice and Half Sack.

Opie's choices are understandable. He's a ship without a rudder, and he's coping with his loss by investing 110% into the club. Even in Season 1 he was interested in proving to himself that he has a role to play in the club; and since his wife's death, that's now in overdrive. It means acting first, and not thinking at all, because all his thoughts are consumed by his grief. I don't want to see Opie do what I want him to do; I want to see Opie do what Opie would want to do- so his switch in allegiance is understandable. Not to mention it makes for good drama.

Ok, let me know if I am missing something, but in your recap you said it was Jax's dumb move that got the club arrested. I thought Jax didn't think it felt right. That he felt they were going into a trap. Although he thought they were going to be in a situation where they would be outnumbered by a bunch of supremicists not that the scene they walked into. But I thought it was Clay who wanted to go in anyway and the club backed him up because of what happened with the car bomb. They followed Jax that time and it almost cost them a member. Maybe I missed something. I'm sure you guys will let me know. :)

Great episode! One small comment to FX would be to give Katey Sagal (Gemma) some weapons training. That one shot of her shooting the car had me laughing, but unintentionally. Tara (Maggie Siff) looked like she's handled a gun before. But otherwise this is a great show and I look forward to every Tuesday. And thanks for posting Danny! I kept looking for your review all Wednesday. Thanks again-

Just a crazy thought. What if Opie knows that Clay was behind Donna's death. He could be trying to get closer to Clay to take his revenge. At first I thought what everyone else thought that he was throwing himself into the club so he wouldn't have to deal with Donna's death. But it just seems off. I think something is up. If he can get close enough to Clay to become a confidant he can exact revenge and put Jax's in charge of the club in one shot. Maybe find something linking Clay to the order for hit and revealing it to the club. They would probably turn on Clay and put Jax in charge. That would hurt Clay more than killing him. He is ready to die for the club but losing the power and control would be devastating to him. Just a thought.

I really love the show but I don't like Clay. Of all the SAMCRO members he is the only one I want gone. He wants Jax to fall in line, which Jax does, and then they all wind up in Jail. You have to wonder how he became the leader when he makes the mistakes he does.
