Battlestar GalacticaThe "Ask TV Squad" column, published every Wednesday, answers your questions about current and past TV shows, as well as about the celebrities appearing on TV. Every week, I will pick a question (or more) sent to us and provide answers in the column. If your question is not picked for a column, it may be answered in a subsequent column or in TV Squad's APB Podcast. To submit questions to the "Ask TV Squad" column, you can post them below in comments or email them at asktvsquad@gmail.com.

This week, I answer questions about Battlestar Galactica, 30 Days, Trauma and how to find titles of songs that played in episodes.

Q. Paro asks "I just rewatched Battlestar Galactica and I was confused by the reference to the cylon "7" series also known as Daniel. Was this character ever shown? In the last episodes, he was referred to as being "kind and artistic" and that "John" had destroyed his series. Did I miss something earlier in the episodes?"

A. I turned to TV Squad's Mike Moody to get the answer you seek. Mike says: "Daniel was the 7th Cylon created by the Final Five, but he never appeared on the show because Cavil was jealous of him and corrupted his genetic code, basically killing him and his copies, before the show ever aired. He was Ellen tigh's favorite, and that's why Cavil destroyed him. Here's a WIki entry [on the subject]."

Q. dcwdvl asks "Are there any plans for Morgan Spurlock to bring us another season of 30 Days?"

A. Even if 30 Days was one of the most watched unscripted series on FX per press releases from the network, the series will not return for a fourth season.

Q. Smw3860 asks "Is there any way at all to determine the name of the background song played during the closing minutes of [the October 5 episode of NBC's Trauma]? It was a soft guitar song and I could faintly pick out 'hey, man' and something like 'just like you did it once before' -- hard to hear any of it, but I loved it. For future reference, how would one go about locating such music and the shows? They seldom, if ever, show up on the credits. Thank you."

A. The song you heard was more than likely "Hey Man I'm Kissing the Angels Shoes" by The Upsidedown. As for sites listing music that plays on TV series, you may want to first check official series websites as some do list songs that played in their episodes. If the official websites don't have the information you are seeking, try sites like TuneFind, a site devoted to music from TV and movies, and TV.com, a site filled with episode guides that sometimes include featured music -- it's where I found the answer to your Trauma question. Some series fansites also list songs that played in episodes. You can find them by doing a quick Google search.
