24
- The show will be a bit more international this season which will lead to the President having to do more diplomacy than usual and more than what Jack will have to do. FBI agent Renee Walker will be back and be darker than ever. Renee will still be suffering from the fallout of where she ended in Season 7. [Source: TV Guide Magazine]
- Debi Mazar will recur as Castle's book agent. Turns out that they hooked up in the past. [Source: TV Guide Online]
- Delko will return for 10 episodes during which he'll change professions and complicate things between Calleigh and him. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
- Cheryl Ladd will appear in the October 5 episode as a cougar named Amanda Collins out to seduce surfer boys as well as new series regular Eddie Cibrian. [Source: TV Guide Magazine]
- John and Gabby will flirt when the ex-gardener returns to Wisteria Lane. There is also a huge kissing scene in the works for the two characters. But John will not only flirt with Gabby, he'll also have some fun with her niece! John is now around 28 and a divorcé, with more money than he used to have. Fringe
- Later this season, we'll find out that Broyles was a colonel, why he got divorced, and his very long history with the Fringe division. Broyles' ex-wife will even make an appearance. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
- The huge staff shakeup will have everyone fear for their job, including Cristina who'll ponder a career in pediatrics! [Source: The Ausiello Files]
- In the season premiere, Izzie will be told that she is no longer a surgical patient but now a cancer patient. This will lead to seeing a lot of scenes of Izzie with a cancer support group and her wearing an atrocious wig. Couldn't they find a better wig for her? [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- Here are the first five minutes of the Grey's Anatomy season premiere
- Hiro will discover that he is seriously ill. [Source: Entertainment Weekly]
- Cuddy will get some action thanks to private eye Lucas Douglas. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
- The mother will kind of be like Jaws throughout the season. We'll see her fin every now and then, but never see her fully. [Source: Entertainment Weekly]
- A new book in addition to the Bro Code will be unveiled at some point this season. The new addition is Barney's Playbook in which his picking-up-girls tips and tricks are listed. Lily's father will appear in the season's Thanksgiving episode. His appearance will explain why Lily is kind of a control freak, as well as why he wasn't there at their wedding. Lost
- Episode 3 will be Kate-centric and be titled "What Kate Does." [Source: The Ausiello Files and Lost Spoilers]
- Tess will interact a lot with Zod and will even align together, even if they have completely opposite agendas: Tess wants to protect the Blur while Zod wants to hunt him down. Julian Sands is set to play a young Jor-El, who'll be introduced in a November Sweeps episode titled "Kandor." [Source: The Ausiello Files]
- Actress Lynn Redgrave will guest star in the season premiere as Olivia, a jewelry designed who will be instrumental in Betty's makeover. The two meet when Betty works on a story for the magazine. [Source: TV Guide Magazine]

Umm, we actually already know that Broyles on "Fringe" is a Colonel. When he was in front of the comittee last episode, the chairman adressed him as "Mr Broyles", and Broyles replied "Colonel. Or Special Agent. As you prefer, Senator."
