This is the game where we show you a picture from something TV-related and you have to guess what the heck it is.
The screen cap above is from the opening of a short-lived TV show from many years ago. The cuffs might give you a clue. This person got into adventures that most men in his profession never encountered. Answer later tonight.

It definitely comes from the opening of Bill Bixby's too-short-lived NBC mystery drama, THE MAGICIAN.

Yup, it's from the Bill Bixby series The Magician. And as C.J. hinted at, it's the show Mulder was watching when his sister was abducted.
