This season is the last season for The CW's Supernatural. But it might not be the last season of The CW's Supernatural.
Creator Eric Kripke wants the show to continue, only not the same way it is now. He wants to get two new leads for the show and make it more of a light, music-oriented show, sort of High School Musical meets Rocky Horror Picture Show. OK, I made all of that up. But he does want to change the way the show is, so it can be renewed but be different, the way The X-Files and Buffy The Vampire Slayer changed their shows. He says that this upcoming season (season five in a long-planned five season arc) will "end with a bang."
But how do you come back after having Paris Hilton as a guest star on the show? If some shows jump the shark, what does it mean when she's in an episode? Is that what he means by this season ending with a "bang?"

Sorry, the show IS about Sam and Dean. I can't see this being something I will enjoy without them. Jensen, jared and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, along with Jim Beaver and that car make this show.

He said he made up the part about new actors. Calm down. Jensen and Jared aren't going anywhere. They are under contract THRU the 6th season.

Clearly you don't have a clue about what you're writing. Kripke wants the show to end after this fifth season, but the network wants Supernatural to continue, so Kripke says that in order to not becoming another Prison Break, he will continue the show but without Dean or Sam and with completely different story lines. You should learn to read better the news that keep coming about this on the net before you write a title like this..
