Leave it to FOX to make a new comedy/drama set in a strip club. This one is called Tease (of course it is), and it's about a writer named Marie who goes undercover into the world of lap dances and lingerie to research a story. Right now it's a web-only series from 15 Gigs, but if it does well, it could find a place on the FOX schedule. Here's a preview. Not much clothing is involved.
Strippers and writers and FOX, oh my!

Call me crazy, but I'd rather watch scantily clad strippers than octo-mom or jon and kate plus 8 (or whatever it is) on TV any day. Will be interesting to see how this does.

Sounds like an aborted pitch to Diablo Cody:
"Hey Diablo, do you want to write about a writer who goes undercover to work at a strip club?"
"No."
"Ok, we'll just go to Fox then."
