(S11E07) This is Kevin. He's in the Big Brother 11 house. With the exception of the occasional dramatic diary room session, you might not even realize he's there. While the more outspoken folks earn both friends and enemies, Kevin just kind of oozes along beside his off-beat clique pal Lydia. He lets Lydia do confrontation. He's all but invisible amongst the more vocal characters in the house. Is it a plan? Is he the one we should watch for the win?
But let's get to the meat of the episode first. There were a few revolving themes to tonight's show. They were:
- Ronnie is a sneak.
- Ronnie is a rat.
So it's a bit unsettling to me that the athlete contingent and their followers actually might have Ronnie under their wing. I think Ronnie's a bit too smug and doesn't know how expendable he is in the bunch. But nonetheless, he's safe for at least the week if the athletes have the power. He could have swung it all the other way prior to the Braden eviction. But he royally screwed himself with his former allies. They can never trust him again.
I didn't even feel bad when he cried tonight. He did it all to himself. And, though I don't abide by bullies, Russell following him around cracked me up. What has become of me? Have I grown that cold-hearted and evil to feel joy upon watching a bully pick on a poor little woe-is-me geek? Nah. It's Ronnie, and it's his own darn fault.
In a perfect world, Casey would have won HOH (and then POV), put Russell (or Jessie) and Ronnie on the block and one would go home next week ... most likely Ronnie. But it's a cold, cruel world. In the catapult skeeball-esque HOH comp, it came down to a tie between Jeff and Jessie. Now, I could have lived with a Jeff win. He couldn't put an athlete on the block, but he could rid the house of Ronnie. Nope, it was not to be. Jessie won the tiebreaker. Jessie is the new HOH again. ARGH!
Jessie is buddy-buddy with Ronnie. He's body-buddy with Russell, plus he can't put any of the athletes on the block. That's good for my guy Jeff, but it means Russell and Natalie are safe, too. Jessie is close to Lydia and, by default, her invisible sidekick Kevin. Who goes on the block? Well, it will be either Casey, Jordan, or Michele. Maybe he'd go with a Chima nomination. Oh, I wish he could put himself up and get himself voted out. This show left me disgruntled tonight. I think I'll go drown my sorrows in chocolate ice cream.

I had to eat some ice cream after that episode as well. Baa!
I think Jessie should nominate Kevin. Comfort Kevin telling him it is as a pawn to get rid of Ronnie. Tell Kevin everyone likes Kevin and won't give him the boot.
Then Jessie needs to manipulate his easily manipulated team into thinking that Ronnie is no longer a threat because everyone knows his hand. And when everyone knows your hand and no one trusts you, you're dead. Tell Ronnie not to worry, but nothing else, because he will talk to anyone and everyone. Keeping Ronnie around is helpful for Jessie anyways. Ronnie loves Jessie. Plus, the house is happy and relaxed because Ronnie is on the block. They'll assume he is going gone while Jessie quietly rallies votes.
Jessie starts laying seeds in his team that Kevin is a floater and floaters are always dangerous later on to steal the game from the players playing hard the whole time. They keep their hands clean while everyone gets theirs dirty. Tell his team how likable Kevin is and everyone is letting him glide by in the background.
Then when Kevin gets knocked out, act surprised and betrayed for Lydia's sake. Lydia will be crippled because Kevin is her crutch, and she'll be looking for consoling. Just tell her how crazy it is because he thought he had the votes to get Ronnie out.
Boom! Get me on Big Brother already! That is the smart move. But is Jessie smart? Naa. He's a meat ball. He'll do what he gets talked into doing by anyone that talks to him.

Man, I could have cried when Jessie won HOH! I cannot stand that musclehead meatball. He was a sleaze last year, and he is still a sleaze. He, and Ronnie Rat have alot in common. As a matter of fact all the athletes with the exception of Jeff are morons. Lydia is also very irritating. I really do not like many of the group you guys have picked this year. Casey is my favorite, and appears to be the only one with any common sense.

what happened to your comments and updates about the show when the show is not airing. Previous years I looked forward to reading your comments about what was happening in the house that we never saw and the spoilers of knowing what was going to happen. It seems this season so far most of your writings are recaps of what happened on the show. hope you will go back to your witty comments and info about what is going on that we don't get to know unless you tell us. thanks for all your time you put in doing this.

The house should never trust Ronnie! As far as Jessie I like him this season he is playing smarter than last season. It will probaly be Chima one of my least favorite to go. The athletes are my favorite group this season!
