"They haven't seen me at my very best." - JamikaReally, Jamika? Really? We're down to the final four and you still don't think the judges have seen the best you can do? You should have thought about that maybe two or three episodes ago.
Of course, just because Jamika said that doesn't mean she was the one shown the door this week. After the jump, the person who won't be back for the final two episodes.
Well, OK, Jamika was the one let go this week. It was the right decision. I can picture Jeffrey, Melissa, or Debbie with their own show, even if all of them need a little bit of work. Debbie brings a different touch to the kitchen (you don't see many Korean cooks on Food Network), Jeffrey's "Cooking Without Borders" is something I can see as the title of a show, and Melissa can bring what she wants to bring to the channel, a stay-at-home-mom point of view.
(When Bobby asked Melissa "where did all this fire come from all the sudden?" she should have said, "all the habaneros you gave me!")

This show needs serious revamping. The challenges are not indicative of what these people are going to be doing with thier own show. They will not be working as team, required to make dishes with unkown ingredients or doing a show that has technical malfunctions. The shows are all TAPED,recipes pre-determined and working alone.
In my opinion they should pair each contestant with a producer type person and each epsisode they should a tape a mock show. This TV producer type person can then refine their skillls of TV chef and develop a show that fits their cooking personality. The way the format is now, they are doing Top Chef\Iron Chef and each of those shows are much better.

It was time for Jamika to go. She was just bad, has been for several weeks now. I sort of wish they'd sent Debbie home, as well. She may have a good TV personality by there is something about her I just don't like anymore.
Jeffrey and Melissa are my favorites at this point, but something tells me we'll end up with a Debbie/Jeffrey final, which would give it to Debbie. The only thing that will cut Debbie is if we get another week of excuses.
Of course, while Bob and Susie can be annoying at times (especially Susie), they are shrewd when it comes to talent and I think they know viewers are getting tired of Debbie's excuse. We'll see next week when it looks like they'll be cooking for several well-known chefs.

we have already seen that debbie has no credibility or integrity. she lied on the very first show about the angel food cake dessert. and then again about making "all" the other contestants food and then again about the capers being in the dressing. is this the kind of person you want on tv. i don't care if she can cook of not. she is a liar. i for one will not watch her and i am pretty sure i am not alone. melissa is the clear choice. she is a very bright personality. and would appeal to many people.

Jeffrey should win, he is very genuine. Melissa is too annoying with her constant chatter and Debbie should be eliminated because she does not own up to her mistakes it is always an excuse or lie, and why would we want to always have Korean cuisine, I like all types of food not just one flavor. She constantly brings up the fact that she Korean, like yes Debbie we know that.. I will not watch her show if she is chosen.

I hope that the show goes to Jeffrey this year. I want something more than aa "mom" cooking. Debbie turned me off on day one and I do not understand why she has lasted so long.
FN needs a better group of contestants and upgraded challenges. How is it that Bravo gets such great candidates. I would watch a show with any of them. The challenges on Bravo bring out all of the candidate's skills. I am watching the Bravo Top Professional Chefs this semester. Really great chefs and mouthwatering shows. I wish that they would publish a cookbook of all the meals prepared for the challenges.

Sue, would you say the same thing about "just one flavor" to Mario Batali or Giada De Laurentiis, both of whom specialize in Italian cuisine? Besides, what Debbie does is not true Korean cuisine. It's more like a fusion. Thus you get things like her torta, which combined Korean and Latin flavors.

i am sorry to see Jamika go, I could see her with her own show she had that star quality but she let the pressure get to her. I definitely cant see Debbie on the food network she has no scruples and it shows. I am hoping for a Jeffrey/Melissa final.

Please get rid of Debbie. I am sick of her lies, lack of character and the list goes on. She lied on week#1.
What do you see in her.
Ok, she is Korean so what. I certainly hope the winner is not pre-determined. This is my first year watching it and I am hooked. But don't play with me, if Debbie is the winner, I simply won't watch the show again.
Thanks

I would NEVER watch a program with Debbie as it's host. She is devious, deceitful and I wouldn't throw her as far as I could an elephant.
The night of the cocktail party....duh, Bobby. Of course her food was the best, she left evryone else to do all the other work.

Melissa is my favorite this year; However, I feel that the Food Network will find room for both Jeffrey and Melissa regardless of the outcome of next weeks show.
