Maybe Michael Jackson's dad shouldn't be doing any interviews
I know we all grieve in our own way, but isn't this CNN interview with Michael Jackson's dad more than a little odd? First he says that he's feeling "great" when Don Lemon asks how he's doing, then he goes on to plug some DVD company he has. Eh, I don't know. I probably wouldn't even have gone to this event if my son had just died and we hadn't even buried him yet. You can sense Lemon is uncomfortable too.

It's a little odd to be walking the red carpet 72 hours after you son just died. But remember, Joe Jackson was an abusive father who pushed those kids no matter what. Probably the reason why MJ was so messed up.

@MacGuffin, totally agree. Joe doesn't seem like he hasn't changed at all since MJ was a kid. Only looking out for himself.

Knowing how Joe Jackson treated all of his children the men utterly sickens me. One can only hope Michael's children don't up in the custody of this man.

I agree and found myself almost gasping when he made one of the men stand on the podium with him to say they were starting a company together. Unbelievable.

And guess what, odds are this guy will get to fuck up the next generation of Jackson kids too. Lovely!

He exploited him when he was in a child...so true to form, he's doing it in his death.

Joe and katherine Jackson no longer live together, So if she gets custody he wont have anything to do with raising them.

I saw that interview and was shocked. What a disgusting self-centered man! How hurtful for the Jackson family. No wonder Michael had such a hard time given this "father." I hope Michael will be remembered for his incredible talent and not the soap opera that was his life.
