Is SciFi ever going to get the rights to the Doctor Who specials?

That'd be a no - BBCA finally managed to get the US first-run rights for Doctor Who.
In fact, that's what's showing tonight - this past year's Christmas Special. Planet of the Dead, the one that ran at Easter, is supposedly scheduled for late next month, probably after the Torchwood Mini-season.
Incidentally, my Dish listings indicate that David Tennant's going to be on tonight's episode of Graham Norton as well, so Whovians might want to stick around for that too.
