Tonight's Real Housewives finale looks crazy, stupid
I hate when people refer to themselves in the third person, so when Teresa annoucnes "I'm just being myself. Being Teresa!" in the first clip below, it make me grit my teeth. But that's a very minor thing compared to everything else that seems to happen in tonight's season finale of Real Housewives of New Jersey, including yelling, talk of oral sex, table flipping, and pushing and shoving. What a classy group this is.

I watched it but Teresa's referring to herself in the third person was so small compared to all the other conversation that I didn't even notice it.
The meal was a hoot. I loved the way the kids that were still in the room continued to eat and that Danielle didn't let the argument stop her from continuing to drink the free wine.
I bet sells of THE book will be booming on sites like Amazon.
I think Teresa "bubbies" looked great.

I admit, I watch the show. Danielle is trying hard, but bringing the book was a mistake. On the other hand, she has had enough. The 'sisters' are downright scary, and Caroline thinks she's Tony Soprano.

Danielle is such a sleazeball! But Caroline and Dina really need to find something better to do with themselves than act like gossip mongers and old "fishwives" carrying tales! As for Teresa, YOU GO GIRL! SOMEBODY needed to put miss priss Danielle in her place, and Jacquline needs to pick her friends a little better because Danielle being the skank that she is, is pretty likely to end up messing with Jackie's husband! That's probably the REAL reason none of the women like Danielle, it's called having "Ho Radar'!

I don't blame Danielle at all for bringing the book. She knew it was the only time she could clear the air with all of them at once. This book crap was nearly 25 years ago. It doesn't matter anymore, and she never went to PRISON! Geeze...
What about Theresa and her husband paying everything with CASH. No one does that. Are they LAUNDERING MONEY? Are they putting all cash transactions from their business in their POCKETS? It looks fishy to me!
Theresa calling Danielle a whore was like the kettle calling the pot black. Theresa is and acts just like a whore. Who talks about their sex life at a dinner party? Theresa the whore does!
I was so proud of Jacqueline for standing up for Danielle.
Caroline does act like she is Tony Soprano, and Dina is the hit man!!! Caroline was a bitch for taking that book full of lies to the salon and telling everyone about it. She is just a gossiping old biddy that can't stand another pretty women around her unless it is family. Dina acts like she is somebody, but they are ALL TRASH!
The only decent one on this show is Jacqueline and she should have told Danielle the truth a long time ago!

I don't see how they can get a second season out of this hot mess...they are not so interesting that I want to watch them cook ziti every week for 13 weeks. And now that Dina quit her job, we get to see 4 stay at home moms helicopter their kids...not for me!

First of all, Jacqueline needs to grow up and quit playing with fire. Danielle is a sleaze, not classy, and to choose her over family is dumb. The bigger picture is Danielle will not be around for holidays or birthdays and is just passing through. Jacqueline needs to learn how to fit in a family and not allow the chaos in.
Secondly. that was neither the time or place, (a dinner party?) for Danielle to bring her sleaze to the table. Poor manners and sleazy.Danielle is cunning and uses Jacqueline to drive a wedge into the family.
The books show the loose morals and values Danielle still does not posess. She lives in a big house, drives a nice car, but is not a class act and never will be one. At least t]Teresa is genuine. She is what she is.

Caroline and Dina need to keep their mouths shut. They are married to brothers whose father had mob connections and was killed by the mob with several bullet holes in his nude body wrapped in plastic and shoved in the trunk of his car. What hypocrites. And Teresa, that trashy low class wannabe sitting at the dinner table talking about nasty sex while the children were present. Danielle did the right thing! She isn't a phonie. Why not talk about what everybody had on their minds anyway. That was the right time to bring it out to the surface. They constantly talked about her behind her back. It started with Dina being jealous just because Jacqueline had befriended somebody else. That's the truth because women always get jealous whenever something like that happens. They didn't think of how all of that crap effected Danielle"s daughters. Danielle was at least trying to be forward about everything. She gave them an opportunity to ask her any questions about what was said about her in the book. Jacqueline and her husband was the most honest and trusting people there. Chris acted like a real man telling Danielle that she was welcome in his home. I don't believe in 4 people against 1. I hope good things happen for Danielle and Jacqueline and that they remain friends forever.

If you're 40 or more, you have a past. I can identify with Danielle's situation. In your twenties you can get involved in some crazy stuff. I wish I could have thought to change my name. You just want to change your whole life, get lost or something so that you can feel good about yourself again and move on. Unfortunate things happen. If you live long enough they will happen in your lifetime too. Danielle, keep your head up, don't change who you are and keep being a good mother to your beautiful daughters. They are so pretty.

You are certainly correct! There is a saying I love: "Every saint has a past, every sinner has a future." Now, that said, I think this show is hilarious! I am from NYC, but lived in NJ for 17 years (and commuted to NY). These "Jersey Girls" fit the stereotype perfectly, however, please know there are some normal people living in NJ, and not every home is one of those hideous modern-day giant mansions. I lived in a beautiful home built in 1917, in a lovely area, that had more people from NY than NJ. My neighbors were not classless loudmouths who had to flaunt their money. Back to the Sopranos -- the two sisters kill me! They became angry with Jacqueline because she wouldn't lie for them? They're bullies as well as liars and trouble makers. Danielle was a total jerk just looking for trouble by bringing the book; it was not the time or place to discuss the book, but maybe they had to do it with the men around so someone didn't burst a bubbie when the furniture started flying. Danielle could instead have brought deLesseps idiotic etiquette book, but since the countess thinks NJ is another country, it may not be published there. (Sorry for mixing in a bimbo from a different show). I admire Jacqueline for telling the truth, it can't be easy crossing any of those bitches for any reason. They're tough NJ broads... I did, however, notice how the gangster sisters shut up when told to by their brother. Obviously "Happy Wife, Happy Life" includes the proviso "There is a hierarchy and, when men tell you to shut up, you shut up." I also noticed that Dina shut up when told to by Caroline -- so again, there is clearly a real respect for their pecking order. Oh gawd, and the way and what was said in front of the kids and then sending them outside. This was a three-ringed circus! Plain and simple, Danielle was wrong to bring the book. I used to dislike her, I now just feel sorry for her. Someone said she is so desperate and I agree. I have a Doberman that has to be near me at all times. At night, something has to be touching me; his nose on my foot, his head on my legs, etc. When he is awake, if I don't pay enough attention, he boo hoo's till I start talking to, or petting him. I get up to leave the room, he is right behind me. My husband always says "he's so needy!" He reminds me of Danielle, only he is pretty, and the only surgery he had done was tail docking.
