It looks a lot like The X-Files (man and woman team, mysterious happenings, mysterious boss), only with more humor. I sense some Bones and Eureka in it too.

I, and others, have likened it to an older Sci-Fi miniseries, "The Lost Room," which also dealt with strange objects and occurrences.

Looks interesting to me. I love Bones and find both X-Files and Eureka watchable and entertaining. I'll give it a try for sure.

The trailer showed some potential. The two male main characters seem interesting enough, and the female lead could be okay too as long as they don't overplay the "I'm too valuable to be wasted here." angle. If they avoid the common misstep of having the character hang on to the attitude way past the point of having seen a ton of evidence to the contrary, they should be okay.
I'll give it a try, though SciFi's record of original shows hasn't been that great for me. Eureka is about it as far as shows that have held my attention.

First thing I thought of was Torchwood, with the whole "if it's alien, it's ours" concept.
I'd already been looking forward to it, but the trailers clinched it. I agree with jffm, though - they need to ditch the "I'm too valuable to be wasted here" attitude ASAP.
