At first I thought this was going to be another one of those lame late-night "bits" that would become a regular feature. An idea that might sound funny for about a half hour and then after you do a couple of them it gets really tired. It's called "Head Swap," where you put the heads of celebrities on the bodies of other celebrities. Sort of like Conan's "If They Mated." But then Jimmy Fallon takes it to a completely different area that actually made me laugh out loud. (Video also here.)
