Today In Boob Tube History: the last episode of I Dream of Jeannie
Thirty-nine years ago today, May 26, 1970, NBC aired the very last episode of I Dream of Jeannie. The episode isn't available online, but here's the third-to-last episode from that season, "Hurricane Jeannie." I love how Jeannie is so powerful that she can control whether the phone works or not. They should cast Barbara Eden on Heroes, maybe as one of the original group of heroes with Angela and Hiro's dad.

I Dream of Jeannie was my favorite show!
First, you have cute and sexy Jeannie. Second, you have NASA. Third, I wanted to be a pilot and thought "hey the guy with the cute Jeannie is a pilot. Fourth, I lived by Cape Canaveral and frequented Cocoa Beach. So, I thought there was a good chance I would find my own bottle.

Ha, they should tie in that show with Heroes. Why not! All these old IPs sitting around doing nothing...Jeannie is a hero! Or the bottle could have washed up on the Lost island...My Mother The Car was a Transformer...let's get crazy!
