New promo explains more about The Cleveland Show
I think Stewie expresses the shock that a lot of people have when they find out that this character from Family Guy is the one that's getting a spinoff (you'd think Stewie or Brian would get one first, but I guess that would take them away from the Griffins and that obviously can't happen). If the writing is good, this could actually be quite good (and controversial).

I really hope that The Cleveland Show isn't too much like Family Guy. I can do without the random gags that have nothing to do with the story.
I don't really mean that to be a dig at Family Guy, I used to love the show, but after I saw the South Park ep Cartoon Wars, it just ruined Family Guy for me. I couldn't watch it after having the flaws pointed out to me.
That said, the footage I've seen of The Cleveland Show looks very promising. Not to mention that Fox has already renewed it for a 2nd season.

That's funny. That South Park episode did the exact same for me. Couldn't watch Family Guy with the same ignorant bliss that I used to.

This was supposed to debut this season, and has already been renewed for a second season without actually airing an episode. I love those crazy people at FOX!!
