Last week we showed you the construction that was going on at Conan O'Brien's new Tonight Show studio in L.A. Now here's the finished product. TV Guide says that the set is twice the size of Conan's old studio and has a 25 foot doorway, which is "big enough for anything, including circus animals and Conan's hair." And Donald Trump's ego, when he comes on to promote the next Apprentice. Here's a (second) first look at Conan's Tonight Show set

The big surprise is that the desk is on the left and the band is on the right, the reverse of his (and Letterman's) Late Night set.
Jimmy Fallon has that desk left-band right setup now, so I though Conan would do the reverse and keep his old setup of band left-desk right....

I am terribly upset, with the other 3/4 of the United States, to see the show change from Leno to Conan. I agree that Conan needed a set change. I just think he would be best left for those super late-night owls with a wacked sense of humor. This is a terrible loss for television, and as good as Leno is, it's a shame that he's playing block and tackle with some of our favorite Evening shows. BAD MOVE for NBC.
