Oh, Justin Timberlake. You know what your audience wants and you give it to them ... uncensored-style. Hot.
In the latest episode of Saturday Night Live, Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg gave everyone and their mom a real treat in the form of the "Motherlover" Digital Short. The video was quickly uploaded onto NBC.com and promptly exploded all over the Internet in a mildly graphic and suggestive way. It was from the actual live airing, though, so audience laughter, bleeped words, and less-than-superb sound quality were inevitable.
Both the censored and uncensored versions of "Motherlover" are now available on Justin Timberlake's official website (EDIT: Looks like it's been moved. You can still hear it here without logging in. Thanks to reader Odimerus for the link!). Even though I usually curse enough to make a sailor blush because it's my way of hiding the fact that I have a very weak grasp on the English language, I think I prefer the censored version just a wee bit more than the dirty one.
It's a purely tone-based thing and not so much a preference based on the dirtiness of it. Maybe I just need to listen to the uncensored version a bit more to get used to it; I'm not sure. Regardless, hearing a studio version of this song is extra-nice. There are a lot of subtleties that were dulled by the loud audience reactions that are now much easier to enjoy.
Here's the original version that aired on Saturday (videos from Hulu and NBC.com; I hope that covers people outside of the States too).

Well, put me down for "prefer it censored."
Also, I think the video is half the charm!
